Pizza Pit

We have been there several times and have had several different things on the menu. Everything we have ordered was so good! The food is amazing! But the service stinks :/​They the take order and we Wait … Wait… Wait… Wait… For a long time. The only thing that has kept us coming back has been the great food. Unfortunatly if they don’t get someone in there to teach the staff how to give good customer service they probably won’t last. I hope they get it together soon. :)

I teach in Troy & anytime we have an Inservice day, we head to The Pizza Pit! It’s charming interior combined w the friendly staff and yummy food, make it one of our favorites!
I usually order the personal pan pizza for myself, but my friends have tried the salad and the sandwiches and it’s all been delicious!

My husband and I went here and ordered a pizza. it was actually one of the best pizzas we have had.
also it is a small business so the people are much more friendly then a big chain pizza joint.
we loved it, and I do recommend other people to try there food. we are going there to night to try there sea food (:.
I will let yall know hot that goes.

This is more like a 2 ½ star review. I’d give costumer service 4 stars, but the pizza was just not that good. If you know 35 North heading back to Dallas, you probably know the traffic, and the need to make pit stops along the way. We just happened to stop at a gas station by the Pizza Pit, so we walked over and got two slices to go. It took them about 10 minutes to cook them. Then we went on our way. I opened my box and took the pizza out, folded it in half and chowed down. I don’t want to say the pizza was worse than a frozen pizza, because it wasn’t, but I’d actually pick a chain place like Pizza Hut before I’d pick this place again. I think it was the cheese, really, but I seriously don’t know how to break down food. I just know what I like and don’t like. I didn’t like this pizza.
I have to say the teenager working the register was so cute and sweet. I love that the place has pictures of the local high school team. Such a cute place and concept. I hope the locals love this place and support it. I really do feel bad giving a not so nice review. Probably because there were two kids working when we were there, but I gotta be honest.
