Established in 2015.

We have been involved in home health care since 2009 and in 2011, we saw the absolute need to focus on Quality Assurance. We learned that the thing often least prioritized but actually improves cash flow and will ensure an agency stays in business are the visit notes.

So we formed QAnnovate because we now understand the not-​so-​mysterious reason why there are agencies struggling to sustain their organization even with the abundance of incoming business.

Business Owner

Victor has over 5 years experience in the home health industry, leading several agencies through operations management, strategic positioning and regulations compliance. He was the Chief Operating Officer at an outsourced QA service provider in Michigan and also managed a Home Health Agency as the Administrator.
