Rainbow Cleaners

I stopped in to have a hood of my Michael Kors jacket fixed. My dog had ripped it in two long spots and it looked terrible. I had two weeks to get it fixed before I had to be at a NFL game in Buffalo. Plenty of time, I thought.
I went to pick it up about 5 – 7 days later and it still had a rip in it that the store associate noticed. No big deal, they would send it off to a different place (which I thought was strange) to fix. Came back three days later, still a rip. Was a little frustrated, but sucked it up and waited about a day or so longer until I finally picked it up and paid.
The original price for the service was quoted at $ 6, before she quickly changed it to $ 10. Hmm, still cheap when I first heard it-​so I was okay, but after two times of me driving out of my way to pick it up being met with «well we still need to fix it» I was hoping they’d maybe reduce the price a few dollars. NOPE. That pissed me off a little. The hood looks good, you have to take a close look to see there’s something not right, but it’s also completely black and lined with fur so I’m not sure if that aids in camouflaging its scars.
There’s not a lot of options around this area for things like this, so if there’s something that I can’t fix then I’ll go back, but mostly because I don’t have anywhere else to go. Here’s hoping next time is better.

I recently brought a white, filthy winter jacket here. This was my second experience here. They did a FANTASTIC job at a very reasonable price (under $ 10.00) this time and prior. When I got the jacket back, there were no dirt marks around the bottom of the sleeves or jacket that seem to gather in those places. I had brought it to another establishment prior to this and I could see no difference in cleanliness when I got it back. Before I brought in a white pair of pants that a friend had spilled tomato juice on. One would never know there had been any stains at all. Kudos to Rainbow Cleaners.

I took a fancy white skirt that was starting to look old and grimy – little food stains here and there, dirt around the pockets and hems. Now it looks brand new! Cost around 7 – 8 $. Would definitely come back.

$ 15.75 to have a full length wool coat dry cleaned after spilling homemade chana masala all over it during transport to my brother and SIL’s rehearsal dinner. Coat looks like new and doesn’t smell of curry or chemicals. I am satisfied with the service.
