Swarovski Gallery Store

Really disappointed with this store at my last visit. I am a very frequent shopper and completed the «get caught in swarovski» challenge and earned a free bracelet that had to be ordered. I came to the store after receiving a phone call that the bracelet was in, and they wouldn’t let me claim it because I didn’t have my booklet (even though they had to use it to order it initially). When I came all the way back w the booklet a few weeks later, I was told by a VERY rude saleswoman that the bracelets were gone. No explanation — extremely rude about it. Even when I explained the last woman assured me my bracelet would be there, clearly it wasn’t and the woman I dealt with did nothing to make things right. No apology, no coupon towards my next purchase, nothing. Told me she would have the manager reach out to me. Never got a call. I spent a lot of money warning that free bracelet and upset at the principal of the situation and very rude treatment. I will NOT be back.

All Swarovski all the time. This company owned store is located in the Somerset Collection North on the second floor. I have purchased many items here over the years. They have a very good selection of the lines rings, necklaces, pins etc. I made my LAST purchase from them on Dec 19^th, a $ 150.00 broach for my mothers Christmas present. She was in North Carolina visiting my sister so I UPS’ed it to her. She just got back into town last week. Unknown to me, she has stopped wearing «pin on things». I guess she snagged a favorite blouse of hers awhile back and has sworn off broaches and the like.
When she went to the store to return the item they informed her the 14 day return policy had expired and all she could get is store credit. She explained to everyone including the store manager that she was not in town and how could she return it. … No dice. Its 14 days no exceptions, no way .no how.
So from now on I will be purchasing my Swarovski from Macy’s 100 yards down the mall. They accept returns before and after 14 days.
Good products… Very poor customer service
