History
Established in 2006.
Kelly and Stone Architects, also know as KS|a was founded by Keith Kelly and Tim Stone. Both Keith and Tim had a long experience working in various mountain resort communities, such as Aspen, Vail and Steamboat Springs. The company was founded and the main office remains in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. With the recent expansion to the Lake Tahoe area, Kelly and Stone Architects is now positioned to respond to the growing national and even international request for their unique approach to design and project management. With projects in several states, including Colorado, Utah, Texas, California, New Mexico, Oregon and a several in various areas of Canada, KS|a has fostered a going customer base with out geographical boundaries.

Business Owner
Before pursuing his degree in architecture, Keith worked in the construction industry on educational, municipal and custom residences. After graduation from architectural school, Keith practiced architecture in Dallas, Texas, and was involved in designing and managing commercial health care and public sector projects around the nation.
Upon moving to Colorado in 1999, Keith has had the opportunity to become significantly involved in the design and management of large commercial and residential projects. He has been involved in projects in Steamboat Springs, and in many of Colorado’s mountain resort communities, including Vail, Aspen, and Summit County. In the spring of 2012, Keith moved to northern Lake Tahoe to open the second office for KS|a, allowing a more hands on approach to the growing client base in the Tahoe area including multiple projects in communities such as Martis camp, Lahontan, Big Bear Lake and other areas in the region.
