Great place to but accessories and parts when in need. Truckee has always suffered from the lack of corporate business because they want to keep the small town feel. I myself am happy they allowed an O’Reilly here. It’s very convenient, prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.
Perfect place to grab a quick bottle of windshield wash at a Reno price, that’s about price from other part stores in town.

Was rollin into Truckee to eat at the pizza place that is in the same parking lot as Oreilly. As I go to use my blinker it starts acting like it is on crack and going a million times a minute. Crap, light bulb is out. So I hopped into this place. Super friendly! Got the bulb I needed. They offered assistance to help me but I gots this. Ten minutes later bulb fixed. So happy blinker, full tummy of pizza and a thumbs up to Oreilly.

This place really makes one appreciate small town living. After arriving home from a trip with a friend, I decided to run to the store for a few items. I needed to be in Auburn the following morning, but was shocked when I went to my car and discovered the battery was dead (my friend drove on the previous trip). This was at 2:30pm on a Saturday. I wondered what the heck I was going to do, so I decided to call these guys. Although they don’t normally deliver to individuals, I pleaded my case (I’m a local, yada, yada), and after 10 minutes or so, they agreed to bring me the car battery! They delivered it in less than 30 minutes, I installed it myself, and was able to make my trip the next day. It meant the world to me that they were willing to step outside the box and do everything they could to get me back on the road! Kudos!!!

What a great asset to Truckee, very friendly and helpful staff. No is not in their vocabulary! I always show up grumpy and looking like a homeless man with car problems. They always step and and help me with my transportation problems. One day Steve helped me rebuild my Yugo transmission in the parking lot!

Had a dead battery last Sunday in Truckee, had it jumped and drove to this O’Reilly store. Arrived at 4:55P (closing at 5). Zach tested battery, it was dead and got a replacement. He couldn’t have been nicer.

The people at this store are extremely nice and when I bought windshield wipers they put them on my car and made sure they where the right ones. When I bought headlights they installed them and made sure that they worked. If I need an auto part I will go to O’Reilly’s first!
