Hello Everyone! Thank you for your interest in Tahoe Chimney & Fireplace, here’s a little bit about me: Originally from Poland, I have been living in Truckee, Lake Tahoe for the past 12 years and started in the Hearth industry in 2007.

In 2010 I received a Certified Chimney Sweep Credential from CSIA Chimney Safety Institute of America. I became a wood-​burning specialist in 2011 certified by the National Fireplace Institute. I am also a licensed California Contractor.



I work with a network of local masons, plumbers and electricians to complete projects of any size. I am always personally involved with all the phases of each job: estimates, execution, coordination, customer service and making sure all the final touches are delivered. The favorite part of my work is providing custom solutions to each customer’s individual needs.

Patrick did a cleaning and repair on our wood burning insert fireplace this summer. He was thorough and professional, always showing up when he said he would. When we started our first fire of the season it looked like the chimney wasn’t drawing and smoke poured into our house. I called Patrick the next morning and within an hour he was here to check out our «problem». The problem turned out to be my lack of understanding about how our blower was supposed to work. (We bought the house recently and nobody explained the system to us.) Patrick figured it out immediately and walked me through how to use the blowers and fans. Now everything is working great. I highly recommend Patrick.

We hired Patrick to reline our chimney and install our new wood burning stove. He was honest, on time, very professional and courteous. He even finished the job sooner then originally anticipated saving us money on labor costs. We had our old beast of a wood stove still in the garage and they dismantled it and loaded it into our van for us. Highly recommend!

Wow, Patrick just saved us. He answered the phone and headed over to the house almost immediately. There was staining and tar on the outside of the chimney and come to find out there have been numerous chimney fires that we were not aware of. Thanks for helping to keep us safe. I was extremely pleased with the work Patrick from Tahoe Chimney & Fireplace did for me. He converted my wood burning fireplace to a gas insert. Patrick took care of all the county permits, coordinated with the plumber to get the gas lines put in and did the job exactly as he quoted, finishing on time. He kept me informed and up to date throughout the entire process, he’s extremely professional and reliable. The gas insert looks and works great, I would absolutely hire him again.

Patrick the owner of the company showed up in person to inspect our fireplace, he was very knowledgeable and gave us free estimate on the spot. Once we decided on our new insert the job was completed in one day. Everything is working great. I would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone looking for great service!

Patrick did a great job installing a liner in our chimney. He was very nice and generous with his time. The job ended up being more complex than anticipated because of the size of our flue, but he put in all the extra time that was required to complete the project, including making custom pieces on the spot. He also took some time to recommend ways for us to keep the chimney clean. I’d recommend Patrick to others.

Patrick showed up on time to give me an estimate which he provided promptly by email. He showed up on the scheduled date on time, in a professional van with all necessary equipment to do the job. He installed a new gas freestanding stove venting thru a 14 foot high peaked ceiling and metal roof. He removed an old roof vent from the old wood stove and repaired the roof. He set up the logs and embers in the new stove as if he were working on his own house. He cleaned up as he went and everything was spotless when he was done. And his bid was lower than others I had received. Patrick and his company will definitely receive my business again.

Patrick arrived promptly, let us know how the cleaning was going to go – it’s noisy for about a half-​hour. He was very neat and tidy in his work, put down blankets, had his shop-​vac ready. He was great getting up on the roof even though we still had some snow up there. He gave us good advice on what to expect and how to handle our chimney and wood stove. Great guy, and highly recommended.
