Just called to ask a few questions about trading in an iPhone 5c for a iPhone 6. I asked about how the trade in works and how I can apply the trade in value. Whether it be towards the new device or against my bill. I tried to ask about ATT Next and if I can pay it off early. I am not sure who I was on the phone with, but they very rudely dismissed me and said, «If you have any further questions, please come in and ask. I don’t have time to talk to you now.» If I am not worth your time, I will not come into your store.

I just got out of work was I was wearing a hoodie. Probably not appropriate attire, I know, but I don’t think that gives people the right to ignore someone. I came in with my mind set on 4 iPhones on a family share plan. I was in awe as people just walked passed me to help other customers that got there after me. I hope that charger cable sale was worth it. You just lost a customer.
