I guess we were very lucky it was on a late Saturday and the store was basically empty. Even though I’ve been in a build a bear workshop before but never built one.
The girl working was so nice, patient, knowledgeable yet not so knowledgeable. We had a great experience, picking a song, picking a scent (will last a year)…
I said not so knowledgeable because later I found out I do not have to stuff the bear so full fat Lol, I would have preferred a little loose, manageable…
Other than that all was great!

My niece and Goddaughter had a really grand time here. The staff were attentive. They were personable. They were welcoming for the children and we adults. They were rock stars with the birthday party that was going on. My only issue, which is across the board for most BAB’s, is that they don’t have a separate room for birthday parties, which really adds to your wait time. This is an issue when you have bouncing kiddos trying to be patient, while you can see the excitement pouring out of them. Beside that, really enjoyable experience.

Came to buy Hello Kitty for my lil sis and got to see what the fuss is all about. Kids are having a blast here. Very long line to get a bear built as there is only one person building the bears. If this is the most popular thing in the store, they need to employ more people at it.
We ended up picking one up from the shelf cause we didn’t want to wait. There goes the BUILD A BEAR Experience.
This is on weekend on the busy days.
Fix it and I’ll change my review to 5 stars.
