The calzone tasted terrible and when I called to ask about it was told that if I needed more help I’d have to buy a new one

Just a heads up, this is mainly a customer service review. Since I’m out of state for school, I wanted to order some pizza and wings for my boyfriend because he had a bad week. I ordered online and in the special requests box, I asked if they could write«I love you» on the top of the box. Instead they decorated the inside of the box with«I [heart] you» with the heart shape and everything. Delivery was prompt and earlier than stated. Plus, my boyfriend said the pizza and wings were good, so the quality of the food was tasty too. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Ordered delivery pizza, wings and salad. Told it would be an hour and they showed up in 40 minutes. Pizza was the all meat all the time model. It was big and flavorful. Lots of meat, adequate cheese and perhaps too much sauce. Somehow it did work. Wings were good but could be more crispy. They were sauced right but skin was not tight or crispy. Salad was big with lots of veggies and dressing was fantastic. The price was good for 4 people and we had leftovers. This place would get a 5 stars if the wings were crispy and there was less sauce on the pizza.

Good pizza can never outweigh terrible customer service. In a time crunch, I took the time to place my order online so that when I arrived it would be almost ready. Instead, when I arrived they hadn’t even started it. But instead of admitting the mistake and telling me how long it would take, they lied and said it would be «just a few minutes.» Ten minutes later when I checked if it was ready I was told«not quite.» It was only when I asked point blank«did it just go in the oven?» that the manager(I assume) admitted the truth — kinda. Again, asked point blank«Did you start it after I got here?» She said yes they were«behind» which is complete bull. I was the only one there and I saw one order go out. Customer service 101: Apologize!(Never did.) Admit you screwed up.(Never did.) Make it right.(Never did.) The manager(?) offered me a discount on my next order and when I agreed she said«just tell them next time you come in.» No coupon, nothing. Thanks but no. I should have been offered at least a partial refund on the spot. I got my money back and left. So the pizza was a loss either way. But now you have an angry customer who won’t be back. Just terrible business sense. Ended up with Little Caesar’s — in hand in 60 seconds with a smile. Pizza not as good but they were super busy. Unlike Bellagio’s.

Tired of the pizza Giants we decided to give Bellagios a try and have not yet been disappointed. We can taste the difference in the quality ingredients and our orders have always arrived on time and as fresh hot as expected considering its a delivery service. Kudos to Bellagios pizza Tualatin.

When you mess up the order, burn the pizza and can’t deliver anywhere close to the stated delivery time because your driver doesn’t speak English and can’t find the address, don’t ask me if I want a refund. No, what I wanted was what I paid for – and then when I called back to see if I could get the correct order delivered in a somewhat time timely manner, I was put on hold and then disconnected. Lesson learned, won’t go back, but it’s still disappointng – there was a time when it was the best pizza in town – not anymore.

Ate here a lot before Perfect Pizza came to town. The sandwiches are pretty good, but the kind of pizza I like is what is served at Ruben’s(new york style) or Perfect Pizza(better selection and crust) better. The crust at Bellagio’s is reminiscent of cardboard.

I used to order here more often but don’t feel like they care about quality much anymore. I ordered a pizza tonight at 830. Pizza arrived pretty quickly. It was totally raw. I couldn’t feed it to my family. It went in the trash. When I called to tell them Bryce was nice enough but seemed pretty much like he thought I was full of crap with my complaint. Bryce offered me a discount or a credit on my account. No May we replace your pizza. I understand they were closed by 4 minutes but making it right should be the goal. not caring if your customer was happy or not was their goal. Getting home and leaving a customer dissatisfied was their Goal

This was the first time I ordered delivery from them. We asked that they deliver the pizza at 6:15pm because we were having some friends over and we wanted the pizza hot when the friends arrived. The delivery guy brought it 45 mins early and my wife was a little upset because the pizza would be cold by the time our friends got to our house. My wife unnecessarily mentioned it to our delivery guy. Anyway, at 6:20pm we get a knock on the door and the delivery guy had went back to Tualatin and got the same order and brought it back to us at no charge! Wow! Needless to say we are now huge fans!!! Great customer service, we will definitely order again.

Had to recently change my diet radically for medical reasons and wanted to look for a heathy option pizza. I got the Basil Chicken Gluten Free pizza and it was great. Good flavor and a lot of fresh garlic and basil. Definitely took the pizza edge off in a healthy way. If you are GF this is a great option. ALSO, it reheats up nice and crispy like a wood oven type pizza. So you can portion control it and effectively use the leftovers.

We ordered a thin crust pizza for delivery with some cinnamon sticks. The pizza and sticks were delivered and I should have looked in the box prior to sending the delivery girl away. Upon opening the box the pizza looked like it was turned upside down in the box and thrown around — what a mess! The flavors of the pizza were very good. The cinnamon sticks were a yummy treat as well. I will try this again in hopes that the delivery is better.

Pizza is AWESOME! However drivers don’t follow instructions when delivering! They don’t call when they arrive so we don’t disturb home owner(we rent an apartment in back) and they don’t bring the cheese n peppers!

Bellagio’s Pizza has by far the best gluten free pizza I’ve tried. Meanwhile, their regular pizza has a lovely fluffy crust that is beyond delicious. We always receive great customer service, in fact the other night we got a call from them to confirm we didn’t order dipping sauces on purpose. I had forgotten to add them to our online order, and we were so happily surprised they were on top of the details!

What can I say that hasn’t been said? Just giving them some stars. This place is decent enough don’t be afraid to order, but don’t be prepared to be blown away either.

GREATPIZZA. HORRIBLESERVICE. We love Bellagios and go there often because it is our favorite take out/delivery pizza in town. I love the crust; it is just the right amount of chewiness. Good and tasty topping selection. Our favorites are real deal and BBQ chicken. Delish! Getting your pizza in a reasonable amount of time is another story. No matter what day it is, if you call for pick up, it is usually a minimum of an hour. I’ve been told 2+ hours on a Friday night, and don’t even get me started on delivery time. We recently discovered that if you order online, it quotes you a 30 minute time for pick up. A couple of times, it’s been ready, but not always. Tonight, I ordered at 5:45. Quoted pick up time 6:15. Arrived at 6:20. The guy took my money, then went to check on the pizza. They hadn’t started making it. There were about 10 tickets lined up and mine was in the middle. He told the pizza maker to move mine up and make it right away, then told me it would be another 12 – 15 minutes. It was ready at 6:39. Sadly, this isn’t unusual. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it seems to happen at other west side locations too. Staff is always nice, but I’m not sure if I’ll put up with the hassle again. Unless, of course, I’m not very hungry.

I typically enjoy the pizza at Bellagio’s. However, today I ordered a pizza online for take-out. When I got back home, the center of the pizza was very undercooked dough. You couldn’t even pull a full slice of pizza out without ½ the slice pulling off due to being undercooked. I am very disappointed in my experience today. With it being take-out and my time constraints, there is no option to go back and have this corrected. Be careful on take-out. Update: I contacted Bellagios and they are willing to provide me a refund. They were quick to respond and really helped turn around this experience. I’ve updated my rating from 3 to 4 stars because I’ve enjoyed their pizza in my past experiences.

So first time I ordered out here was about a year and a half ago when I moved to the area, and it was really very good for delivery pizza. The second time recently it was completely cold, and totally lacking flavor, I had ordered extra garlic, I’m 99.9% sure it was forgotten. Bummer :(.

The first thing I really liked about this place(which always makes me happy with about anything in life) is they have an order online feature. Anytime I can check boxes, click things, and make it go is much better than having to call people. Ordering process was simple and seamless and intuitive(very easy to make modifications and do half this half that pizzas). I stuck to pizza but the menu also offers appetizers(wings and such), salad, grinders(sandwiches), and calzones. I may have to be more adventurous and try other items in the future. When the delivery guy got here, he was really really nice. I was surprised they delivered out into Sherwood(as the business is in Tualatin) so they get extra points for that. The pizza was about 15 minutes later than their estimated delivery time but I pretty much let that go based on the distance to their store, it’s New Year’s day(so I’m guessing a lot of hungover people are ordering delivery), and the kindness of the driver. The pizza itself was really tasty. On one, I ordered it with extra mozzarella and, given how much I liked it that way(it’s not too much more for a buck) I think I would default to that in the future as otherwise it didn’t seem like enough cheese. Crust was nicely cooked and somewhat between a thick and thin crust(is medium crust a type?). This is not an overly saucy pizza and I appreciate that. Ingredients(like pineapple) seemed fresh enough as well. Price was reasonable. For $ 30 I got a small menu pizza and a medium build it yourself as well as a 2 liter of coke. It fed 4 of my 6 person family with leftovers for later. This was a nice find as it’s good to have some different options out here, as I’m usually stuck with either Papa Murphy’s, Godfathers, or Schmizza unless I want to drive somewhere far away. I would really like to give these guys a 3.5 star rating but, since I can’t, I’m being extra nice and pushing it to a 4.

I just ordered Bellagios for dinner for the start of Monday Night Football. This isn’t my favorite pizza — it’s a step above Domino’s, Pizza Hut, and Papa John’s, but not quite as fresh and tasty as Round Table, BJ’s, or Abby’s. The best thing they have going for them is their online ordering feature. It’s so nice to get my specific order in through their website rather than being put on hold if you’re trying to call in during peak hours. In the five months that I’ve been living in the Portland Metro area, I have ordered from this Bellagios about two dozen times. I’ve only had one issue with delivery in all of those orders — they misplaced the one and only order I placed early in the morning before they opened. It shouldn’t have happened, but I can forgive it since they have been spot on with everything else. I think their prices are very reasonable. For $ 20 tonight I ordered a small cheesestick appetizer, a small cheese pizza, a 2-liter bottle of Coke, a slice of cheesecake, and a ball of dough. I love that they sell their raw dough. I always get a ball or two when I place my pizza order and then I have fresh pizza dough to make dinners with throughout the week. I usually cut the small dough ball in half and get two good-sized pizzas out of it because I roll it pretty thin. But I eat a lot of pizza. And I mean A LOT. I’ll eat some form of pizza 3 – 5 times a week. It’s really nice having the fresh dough to make my own though because then I can control what toppings go on and use a less-greasy cheese. And sometimes I’ll great creative and form it into a calzone.
