Your classics cold stone. Friendly fast service. The sorbets are always fresh and delish. One thing I do not enjoy which isn’t anybody’s fault except the company itself is that their strawberries are too tart. Other than that I enjoy the variety of flavors and endless combinations one can create.

To you kids working for this company don’t let them steal your tips. It is illegal for the employer to take tips the employees earn. Boycott this business I will never give an other dime to this establishment. Parents who have their kids working for this family owned business get involved. If they are not giving your kids their well earned tips or threaten to take them because of the possible new minimum wage increase, step in and protect your kids labor rights.

Three stars because the i love the ice cream! But the service here is horrid. Went in last night and the teen girl at the counter had the absolutely worst attitude ever. Even went as far as to make fun of my ice cream choices… I was not about to tip but my boyfriend tossed a dollar in and she rolled her eyes, and sang the worst most depressing sounding song I’ve ever heard out of a employee of cold stone. They need to hire some happier people for sure.

Very very displeased with cold stone’s policy of only accepting printed coupons. You get a coupon sent to your email, in the digital era you expect to be able to visit a location & use that coupon. I will not be back.

Terrible service today. A new employee didn’t know the answers to my questions about flavors. When she was asking the other staff it took a solid 2 mins for someone to tell her where to look. The new employee couldn’t find why she was telling her to look at so after still not being able to answer my question(I’m sorry but you shouldn’t be helping if you don’t know what’s in your flavors) she asked another person. This person showed her where to look and then the new employee told me 3 items in the ice cream and it didn’t make sense. I tried to clarify and she looked at me and said she didn’t know. By now the line was forming and customers behind me were getting irritated. One customer said to me why are the other 2 not actually helping her and singing songs that this man(a already helped and paid customer) keeps asking them to sing. There was no one else to help but me! Why would she be left alone? She finally got an answer but by now her service had left me feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I left very unsatisfied. A good lesson in customer service would be helpful for all here.

What can be better than delicious ice cream that you can control? Friendly staff, nice options, great flavors and many options.

And the worst customer service awards goes to this Cold Stone. Aside from the ice cream, which still gets pretty good reviews from me and my belly, the service here flat out sucks. I miss the days when they were popping up all over the place and they were filled with sweet faces teens. They sang songs for tips and made you fill all warm and fuzzy. Now they’re filled with bitter adults who can’t grasp the concept. I get that it’s a chain establishment, but come on. A smile and and a quick«hello» goes a long ways. Maybe afterwards you can be crappy to me.

You scream, I scream, we all scream for Ice Cream! Cold Stone is legit and the flavor possibilities seem endless. Try out one of their listed concoctions or make up your own. Aside from ice cream they also now have funnel cakes, smoothies, shakes, and other assorted ice cream desserts. Their ‘like it’ size is actually huge. More than enough for one person. Watching your calories? Kind of? They do have choices of sorbet and now my new fave — frozen yogurts. I don’t visit often but the last time I was in I ordered the Banana bread fro yo with chocolate chips and graham crackers… holy crap was it good! Didn’t matter how full I was from lunch, I ate the whole damn thing. Their prices are reasonable and if you can get past the awkward songs they sing, this place is definitely a good stop!

So it is ice cream smooshed together with candy, cake, or syrups by 16 – 22 year olds who would really rather be at home smoking pot or something. The ice cream is decent, they sing songs when you tip in cash. I have tipped in credit and they do not sing. This is fine by me, I find forced singing to be torture for both them and me. The only downfall is the price. a tiny ice cream with two mix ins, puts me at about 5 bucks. I can get the same quantity of frozen yogurt for half the price. so minus 1 star for me being a cheap bastard.

Worst.Service.Ever! We arrived at 7:35 and got on a short line — there were 8 people in front of us. After 10 minutes of waiting, and not having budged one inch, it was easy to see why. There were three people behind the counter; two guys and a girl. The girl was working her tail off getting people’s orders, one order at a time. The two guys were a shame to their race. One spent 15 minutes filling up a bottle of chocolate sauce. The other basically stood around and talked to the other two. Every now and then he would make gesture at helpfulness by waiting on someone, but moved at a snail’s pace. So, being the 9th and 10th people on line, we finally got outta there with our ice creams, 35 minutes later. We love Cold Stone, but not enough to go back to this one. Pssst — Management, if you’re reading this, fire those two slacker guys that were working tonight, and give the girl a raise.

The staff is always different here I got good service once in OCtober but after that it went down hill. I asked them to make a sundae, the boy asked what is that? WTF? and it looked like dog poop when he finished making it, The icecream is good but no art to it. Cold Stone reminds me of a high schoolers chucky cheese, nothing but dousche bags hanging out behind the counter who take thier sweet ass time when the customer is clearly in a rush. I perferr TCBY which is 6 miles away and I rather drive there than Cold Stone that is .5 miles away just to get good looking icecream and good service.

Gosh I love Coldstone, but why does this location close so early at night? Ah, the best time for some Founder’s Favorite is late at night!
