History

Established in 1989.

‘The Pet Nanny’ concept was created in 1989 while I was working for a veterinarian in Alpharetta, Georgia and attending Reinhardt College in Waleska, Georgia.

As a young adult, I was The Pet Nanny while living in Atlanta, Portland, and Florida.

While in Florida, established ‘The Pet Nanny of Trinity, Inc.’ in 2003.

I Sold ‘The Pet Nanny of Trinity, Inc.’ in March of 2010 upon moving to Portland.

Established The Pet Nanny of Bridgeport in 2010 after relocating to Portland.

The Pet Nanny of Bridgeport is bonded, insured and licensed.

Certified in Pet CPR and First Aid.

Hello, my name is Lori Ball. I have over 20 years of experience in owning and operating a pet sitting company. I have experience in caring for a variety of pets, from Flying Squirrels to the domestic household cat. I have also cared for an assortment of dog breeds including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Iris Wolfhounds, Great Danes, German Shepherds, Jack Russell Terriers, and many more. I created The Pet Nanny concept in 1989 while I worked for a veterinarian in Alpharetta, Georgia and attended Reinhardt University in Waleska, Georgia. My love for pets started when I was a child and I would often bring pets home because they were lost and/​or injured. Even in college I managed to find stray dogs and rehome them. It was not easy sneaking dogs past the RA every morning and evening.
