I’ve been to this place 4 or 5 times in the past 8 years and every time it was HORRIBLE. I don’t know why I kept going back, I guess I’m always hopeful that I’ve just had bad luck in the past but today was my last time for sure. Food was bland at best and the chicken & broccoli had brown gel in it. probably from the sauce not being fresh but I accidentally tried a piece and gag’d immediately. The food here is simply not good — I don’t know how people even say it’s bland. it rubbery, gooey and gel like. yuk!

The people who work here are incredibly rude and I felt like I was bothering them by ordering food. Delivery took a long time, food was eh.

Food: blah. Customer service: rude.
Ended up ordering from here because it was close to the train station. I should have heeded previous reviews. No plastic knives for takeout, which I found annoying. The teenager behind counter was low on sympathy («I eat dumplings without knives all the time»). I told him he was being rude and he solidified my point by saying, «I don’t give a shit.» Thanks, Raymond. First and last time.

The food was pretty good, but they don’t take credit card and the ambience was terrible. The place looked kind of cheap and borderline run down. Another thing I don’t get is why there was a kid, no older than 13, behind the counter. He seemed to know what he was doing but he wasn’t friendly :/

Just had a take-​out dinner — delivered — to a dinner party of 11 people. They have a coupon in which we got a free General Tao chicken ’cause the order was more than $ 40. Good taste and good value. We probably had enough left over for another 3 – 4 meals… um… don’t be greedy next time for that free dish…
