When contacted on the phone by Keebra Singletary of Attista’s Bodyworks to confirm my appt. I suggested to her that I really didn’t want to fill out their required paperwork, I just wanted a massage. Keebra explained that as a health professional, it was their protocol to collect the information from clients. I acknowledged and accepted those terms. When I showed up for my appointment, with the completed paperwork, Keebra Singletary informed me that she had sent me an email cancelling my appointment the previous day! I was disappointed that she had not contacted me by phone(since I had not checked my email before arriving for my appt.). I found Keebra Singletary to be unprofessional in her approach to this particular customer service issue and would advise her to be more flexible and understanding in the future. As a business person, she is certainly capable of and responsible for accepting or declining any client she encounters, it just seemed that she jumped to some conclusion and insinuated that I was not on the up and up without first identifying my concerns and professionally communicating her viewpoint. I was summarily dismissed out of hand based on my comment that I would prefer not to fill out a health history.
