I have fond memories of Bojangles, traveling to North Carolina as a child to visit family. As with a lot of fast food, it doesn’t taste quite as good now as when I was 10. Bojangles is ok for the occasional visit though. Biscuits are pretty good, and always brown on top. I find the breakfast much more enjoyable than other meals there, but the fried chicken is ok. Service can be a smidge slow sometimes, but that can be expected at most places now and again. This location isn’t too far off the highway, so it’s convenient if you are traveling on the east side Perimeter. Try the seasoned fries, that may be the nonbreakfast highlight.

I come here often. There is one thing that’s consistent. The weekend staff always fails to provide prompt or adequate service. They are more concerned with drive-thru. Must be the timer above the service window judges their success. Maybe they need one for walk in service. Please don’t ask for warm Bo-rounds after your food has sat behind the counter for more than 7 minutes. The shift leader will reply back with a bad attitude. Wait, is it not me who’s paying their salary? I’m almost sure the RM/DM’s don’t work on weekends, but corporate needs to monitor this location to improve customer service.

I wanted to have something different for breakfast besides pancakes or whatever. I have never eaten at Bojangles before and guess what? I just so happen to pass by this Bojangles and was thinking I have heard from some people people that they have great biscuits. These people were right they do have great biscuits! I was so lazy that I didn’t even bother going inside. I went straight through the drive thru for breakfast. Don’t judge me! It looked kind of modern in a really clean on the outside. The drive thru cashier was really nice. She let me sit at the speaker as long as I needed to while I decided what I wanted to eat.

Every order here has been perfect at the drive through. You can’t go wrong with a sausage biscuit and ham biscuit. Get yourself a giant Patio Red a Cherry to drink in a styrofoam cup and you’ll be a happy camper. The Bo’Berry biscuits are always hot here too and the employees always say something nice. I only wish it were open longer hours and were in Decatur instead of Tucker.

Quality has slipped, look at the health rating. Honestly, there are better Bojangles around. This one, IMHO, is surviving on location. They need more regular cleanings of the food service area up front. That always looks like a disaster area. The dining room usually needs to be tidied. The workers do, however, generally get your order correct and they are friendly. This is a management failure, not a staff one.

I don’t know why so many people are talking shit about this chain. I’ve never had a bad experience at Bojangles. Like many other reviews about chain restaurants, this one could probably apply to all, but the one I visit most often is on Lawrenceville HWY near Rockbridge RD. If you’re like me, you may like breakfast food, but for one reason or another often don’t eat breakfast. Bojangles can help with you with this dilemma as it serves its full menu from open to close. I will admit that despite some rather reactionary social views the proprietors of the company hold, Chick-fil-A may, in my opinion, serves ones of the best chicken biscuits, but Bojangles isn’t far behind. The country Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit is delicious. I’ve also had the Country Ham biscuit which is delicious though it probably could use an extra helping of ham. If you order the combo, you get the«Bo-toato rounds», fried, little pieces of hash brown basically(I recommend adding a dash of salt as they can be quite plain otherwise) and a drink. All this for around $ 5.50, which is a fairly good deal for a tasty meal that will fill you up. In conclusion, you can find a pretty good bang for your buck and some tasty food at this place. I’d recommend giving it a try. Pros: Delicious chicken biscuits. Cons: No specific cons that wouldn’t apply to any other fast food restaurant. Verdict: Recommended.

The food was alright, I’ve had better chicken. But I’m pretty sure I won’t be back every time I’ve been here the service is always slow. I know they have to cook it but waiting around 15 minutes for one thing is too slow.

Good food: love the egg & cheese biscuits. Not an everyday spot, but at least once a week or once a month I gotta have a biscuit!

I have given this place chance and chance again. First few times, they left my biscuit out of my meals. One time, I went in to tell them and there was 4 girls at the register who just chatted with one another while I stood there. Last 2 times I went, I asked for fresh fries and they are hard and rubbery. I will not go back.

Good food – could just do without the piped in religious music while I destroy my temple with artery clogging southern fried food. Jesus, its a turn off.

Food: I have eaten here on many occassions and the food is always fresh and tasty, no complaints here. Cost: Cost is on par with other chicken joints Dining Area: Tables are always dirty, when I ‘eat-in’ there are always empty tables but all of them are always dirty so I end up choosing the cleanest table I can find, which is still dirty. Seats and tables are typical fast food style. Parking: Parking lot is setup really wierd. When I first drove to this Bojangles I almost turned into the ‘exit only’ drive, the only entrance is the one that you must drive through RaceTrac’s lot to access. Other than that, there seems to be enough parking, I haven’t had any issues getting a spot. Service: EXTREMELY SLOWww. It’s bad when you have people waiting 30 – 35 minutes for their orders. I usually don’t have to wait more than 5 – 10 minutes(which is way too long!), but the other day people were waiting 22 minutes(me) and one lady said she had been waiting for 35 minutes! Even if the lady is exaggerating, my 22 minute wait was ridiculous! Summary: Good food, BUT the tables are always dirty(and they JUST opened!) and service is extremely slow. I will not return and I will tell everyone to avoid this particular Bojangles’ UPDATE: Place is still always dirty, but on a recent visit to give them a second chance the staff dropped the hot sauce packets on the floor, then had the audacity to pick them up and try to give it to me. Sanitation is horrible, that was their last chance. Never again.
