I love Georgia’s Own Credit Union. They are apart of a group of service centers, so you can do your banking at almost any union in Georgia.
I hate to say it, but this location isn’t a great representation… The drive up teller line is ridiculously slow. I’ve been to Georgia’s Own locations where there are 4 or 5 drive up lines and two tellers and it’s been a breeze.
When you do see someone, they are really nice. I can’t say that they are apologetic, but they’re still friendly. This location isn’t far from me, but I will probably only come here as a last resort.

Goodness I felt like I needed to stop for bread and water to navigate through the maze of a parking lot. This bank is located behind Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in an office building. Turning in to the lot may be tricky because the drive thru portion of the bank is not clearly marked. The credit union offers many services but the service is dreadfully slow.

Slowest bank service ever! I get frustrated every single time I come over here. Not sure if it’s because it’s a credit union, but I never have troubles at the bigger banks. Making a deposit is the toughest task in the world at this bank.

Probably the worst credit union in Atlanta.
Understaffed, unfriendly, and unresponsive.
Tried to get a rate for a fixed rate home equity loan, had to leave 4 messages as they don’t post the rate on their website.
After the 4th message, and no response, I called the president’s office where there was not much better responsiveness.
Add to that two Extremely long on line banking outages in February 2013 (over 2 days) and September 2013 (4 days)
Incompetent is too flattering a word for this level of incompetence.
Keep a checking account here as it’s free but beginning to wonder if free is worth the aggravation.
They say it’s member owned but run as if employees actually do!
