DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS LIKE I WAS. Terry Mallory is a nightmare. I saw nothing but positive reviews online and I desperately needed two iPhones repaired, so I went to his shop. While there, although he made rude comments about the business owners in his building, the experience was overall positive. However, within a week both phones were broke. One of the phones had water damage, so I knew that restoration did not always work. He did agree that he would look at the phone again at no charge. However, the other one had no sound and it had sound before I gave him my $ 150. I informed him about my two phones and he accused me of tampering with them flat out. He also refused to honor the 60 day warranty and was completely disrespectful to me. I have never been treated so poorly by someone I gave $ 150 to. Not only does he lack basic social skills and customer service skills, he also lacks iphone repair skills. Both of my phones are in far worse condition than they were before I came to him. I am in the process of taking him to small claims court. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB. I have uploaded our text conversation so you can see how rude he is to his customers. This has been nothing short of a nightmare. I really do not want any women or anyone else for that matter, to be treated as I was. So please please please DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED BY TERRY MALLORY
