I didn’t even have the chance to work with this company. My AC unit went out two nights ago. It was late at night and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Sunday morning I called and made an appointment for Monday morning. I was told they would be out at my house between 8 and 10am. That never happened. at 10:45am I received a phone call… «Hey its ‘so and so’ from A&M heating, did you still want us to come out this morning?» They didn’t even make it out to my house. Awesome service.
Called rite way right after and had a person out at the house within an hour. Do not do business with this company. Hell they might show up, then you’d actually have to deal with them.

Now that summer is upon us in the desert, I wanted to make everyone aware of A & M Heating & Cooling. They are by far the worst home maintenance/​service company I have ever dealt with! They cancel appointments or when they do show up it’s at the end of the day (way past their scheduled time). They constantly misdiagnosis problems with your air conditioner, they order the wrong parts and their customer service is horrible (good luck getting them on the phone!). They are completely incompetent, one example, they installed our fan in backwards so it was sucking air out our of the house! We have been dealing with them for three years because our landlord has home warranty insurance through American Home Shield and A&M is their main heating/​cooling vendor. We don’t have a choice, but if you do please do not use them! If you do make the decision that decision, you better prepare yourself for a hot summer!
