Aaron Brothers

I had low expectations when I first used Aaron Brothers for some custom framing. They proved me wrong in a hurry! The store itself is clean, and well maintained with great lighting and friendly staff. The custom framers are excellent. They listen to what you want to achieve and find the most economical but beautiful way to achieve it. The staff conveys a real enjoyment for their work — a very different experience from other frame shops in Tucson. The coupons are great, the prices are very fair and the work is usually ready before the date promised.

Aaron Brother’s is owned by Michael’s, so if you were thinking that you were making a better choice by going to Aaron Brothers rather than Michael’s…your wrong.
The person helping you has no design experience, does not know how to handle art, and only knows about framing through Aaron Brothers/​Michael’s brief training program, and is probably still in high school.
I went to the Aaron Brother’s on Broadway, and I have been to this location. I had a print with mostly beige and green and a square inch of red. He choose a red mat, really more like hot pink. And told me to pick out a frame I liked. How is this professional help? I wasn’t even given an option of glass, they automatically calculated the most expensive, (Michael’s manufacture Museum glass). So the total cost for one mat a metal frame and «museum» glass $ 360…oh and that’s with the 60% off.
Oh a side note, in New York Michael’s was actually sued for false sales/​coupons. They make you believe you are getting such a great deal when in fact they hike up cost to be able to do %60 off coupons, and you end up paying MORE, yes MORE then you would at a local frame shop.
GO to local frame shops for the best quality and service from someone who has been framing for longer then 5 weeks.

I really like Aaron Brothers. This location is conveniently located near the Foothills Mall and is well laid out inside. I was able to visit during their 1 cent sale, a great deal if you love collecting art and like to display it. The stock and custom frames are all very good quality. They even sell pre-​cut mats if you want the look of custom for less.

Great place to get your artwork framed. Have had lots of pieces framed over the last few years and I’ve been really pleased with every one. Keep an eye out for coupons — they run several sales a year that really save you lots!
