Horrible customer service. I went in about 45 minutes before the store closes. Currently a store wide sale on all jeans of 50% off. When I came in a young man walked up and ask if he could help me. I said yes I needed the jeans I was looking at in my size. He got the jeans down and said OK do you need to try them on. I said yes but I still have more shopping to do. He rolled his eye’s. I thought maybe I was seeing thing’s. He basically stalked me. It became evident he was worried he wasn’t going to be able to lock the doors right on time. He said «we close in 25 mins» I said OK. I finally told him I would get him I would get him if I needed him. The next thing I know they shut the music off. It was still 20 minutes before they close and then a girl comes over and said we close soon. So, I decided to just try on what I had and while being walked to dressing room, the young man had the nerve to say if these sizes don’t work the sale just started. He then gave me of tomorrow’s store hours. Lordy! I just put the jeans down and left.

Commendation to Yvette (Sales) excellent customer service. i felt i had V.I.P at this place not knowing what’s expected. Yeah there were sizes that were too small, though you usually don’t get help in some places because once you hit the dressing room and it’s crowded Ohhh Boy !!! That’s it … your alone all the way, so if you need another size… expect to wait until they notice you rmind you, in some cases they won’t unless well just unless…
The Dressing rooms smell pretty decent. don’t smell like old or smelly socks. some places do if they have carpet like sears … carpet … so in this case it wasn’t carpeted. i’m good !! whewwww. So Yvette helped me with some sizes, no pants mostly shirts, a lot of different colors to avail, so someone is watching or at least waiting on me to see if i’m wanting another size so we’re all good there with Customer Attention /​Acknowledgement what not.
So i had a great awesome experience here in Tucson, Arizona. I like the smiles and people there are friendly and cool. Helpful, Knowledgable, Speedy when it comes to getting another size…
