Enjoy made to order, healthy and hearty breakfasts created from our own fresh free range organic eggs, when in season we grow organic herbs, chile peppers, poblano peppers, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, all types of organic citrus fruits, grapes, figs, nopalitos, prickly pear fruit and pomegranates. We make many of our own sweet jams, jellies, hot chile salsas and pico de gallo.
History
Established in 2002.
Gaila Smith, the Innkeeper is a veteran in this business. She owned a B&B in Maine and now in 2010 she’s completely renewing the Alta Vista Bed and Breakfast Inn. The two welcoming rooms, The South of the Border Room and the Santa Fe Room are both completely remodeled in southwestern style.
