History

Established in 1999.

Early in 1999 when the Owners (Richard/​John) identified a market that was not being served they formed Area 51 Audio Engineering & Consulting, Inc. Both being passionate about Home Audio and Video they went to market and provided Homeowners in Tucson and Phoenix with High End Home Theater. At the time the offering for in-​wall speakers were in their infancy so they used there 10+ years experience in the speaker design industry to manufacture custom units for their clientele. This set them apart from all other as they were able to design system that were non obtrusive while outperforming the standard systems that often cost much more.

Doing so with the same passion that brought them into the industry they have come to offer a full line of products and services. They are a full service Integration firm and have grown throughout the years while maintaining a very high level of customer satisfaction by providing the best in service and integrity.
