Arizona Computer Guru

I’ve been in their olé shop twice in the last year; only once did I have to leave my machine. The advice and service were excellent.
Radio show, better yet! A local Kim Komando without the promotional stuff. I try and listen every week — — call in occasionally. Gotta listen fast because Mike talks fast, but that’s okay.

They did good work for a reasonable price. The guy working on my computer was helpful.
However, the other guy I talked to (the owner?) was very rude and condescending.
Overall, it’s OK. It would be better with improved customer service.

Now that they have a new shop on the Eastside, it’s convenient as well as rewarding to have a repair and great service nearby. I am very happy with the work done on my desktop PC, its new OS and new harddrive. I highly recommend Arizona Computer Guru. I have had services over the last 10 years with 2 other computer service companies and the 3^rd time is the charm.

I have used Guru to build a few different websites for me and they have done a great job of not only designing the website for the look I wanted but also helped my SEO considerably with how they helped me design the back end of the website. They have always been available to me if I ever had any issues with learning how to do my own editing and adding content to my sight. Very happy with their attentiveness to my needs as a small business owner and taking care of a lot of the little things that I can’t always think of on my own when it comes to my web presence. They are also affordable and reasonable. Many other web designers offered the same services to me for over double the price that Guru did the project for.

I have used computer guru for nearly 10 years, if not longer. I have no business using a computer because i am a big dumb dumb when it comes to understanding many things about them. But in my business i need to have several and at times things get old ~ like the systems, our memory gets too full, we get a virus, etc.
Each and EVERY time i call i am greeted by Winter with her genuine helpful sweetness. she is ALWAYS patient listening to me ramble on trying to explain what i need. It is not very often she does not have an answer for me, but on occassion she has had to follow up with a return call and let me tell you. she is very prompt and thorough. For the life of me i can not imagine (the person who wrote a bad review) who would have not received the same treatment as we all do. Perhaps that gentleman was just having bad day and should try calling them again. I think they would be surprised at the level of customer service you really do receive!
It is so comforting to know that after all these years most of the same techs (like Howard) work on my systems and are so helpful. They have a way of making you feel like you are the only customer they have, giving you their full attention while i see work up piling up while standing in their office. And, they are even good at laughing «with you» too!
Rob, my «web master» is AMAZING! I can not even tell you what he has done for us with our business website. His kindness, patience, knowledge and work ethic are extremely profound! He has such great ideas and goes way beyond to make sure you are treated politley even when my frustration with my own deadlines are nerve racking Rob finds a way to remain calm and kind to me. His suggestions of photos, content and placement are amazing. I could NOT have done this with anyone else. I will forever be grateful.
Thanks to EVERYONE at Computer Guru yes, even Mike — the owner (wink-​wink) are all great people. I would suggest giving them a call. Whether you just need help learning a program, getting savvy with social media, need a website created or you think your entire world has CRASHED… call the GURU’S they can help make your life much easier!

My laptop died due to a hdd failure.
I handed it off to them for repair which was fast friendly and cost effective. They ended up replacing said hard drive and putting (cause it’s a PeeCee) Micro$loth’s Winblows back on it with my recovery disks. They also installed a great anti-​virus (which I have never liked to run before) and a couple other «make my system run like a champion all the time» programs.
The work was completed before I expected it to be done. They phoned promptly when they had «go ahead» questions and kept me updated via emails throughout the service request.
I have used other services in the past. The BlueBox store’s «geeks» are mere fumbling children when compared with the experience and knowledge of the Guru’s at this place! Now that I have experienced Arizona Computer Guru’s service — I’ll never go anywhere else.
To sum it up here’s a quote from their website, «In fact, Cox Communications, Apple Stores, and other notable IT service providers have referred their customers to us for the resolution of particularly troublesome issues.»
That says it all right there boys and girls! I want to go to the «go to guys» for «the other guys». Why mess with the rest when you can start with the best? I use my computer in a business sense and can not afford to be «down» for any length of time. These guys got me up and running quickly.

Received the finished product finally. I received phone calls and email updates all the way through and not only did they check what I was worried about, but they also did a full computer scan to check for holes in the operating system and software without charging extra! I really really like this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for computer help. Please please don’t call the big box stores! They’re idiots! This place is first class!
