We were referred to Dr. Mansfield by our OBGYN for pre-implantation genetic diagnosis(PGD). Dr. Mansfield and her team were extremely competent, compassionate, and thorough throughout the entire process. Dr. Mansfield’s knowledge, skills, and attention to detail put at ease right from the beginning. Additionally, ARI’s embryologist, Dr. Liu, helped us get us get an exceptional fertilization rate(19⁄21!) and good biopsies for PGD. Prices were clear and fair, and billing was simple throughout. Most importantly, we felt like family every time we walked in the doors, and we were sad when the team all said their goodbyes to us at our last appointment. We’re expecting our PGD-tested peanut this summer!

Sorry this is so long, but this is important. If I was rating only Dr. Mansfield I’d give her 5 stars. She’s nice and happy and seems a good, competent doctor. I feel comfortable with her and am glad to have her as my doctor. If it was only her, I’d give her a 5. However I’m rating my experience with the entire office staff, not just Dr. Mansfield. At first these guys were great. My first couple of appts were wonderful; I honestly thought I’d be giving them 5 stars. They were polite, returned my calls, and the office seemed to work well together. I was so impressed at first and happy because I thought it was a good clinic with caring professional staff. However, after my initial couple of appts the service went downhill. When I go in in person, the staff is still nice, but something has definitely changed. They don’t always return my calls or call me back with the lab results the way they did in the very beginning. There have been a couple of times where there’s been some miscommunication, or where I was told one thing by one person, and then another person said something different. One of the nurses seemed annoyed and sounded angry to talk to me about some results, even though the phone call was only a couple of minutes long. There is also some inconsistency and contradiction between some of the information I’ve received – this is really annoying and irritating. The office seems a bit disorganized. We’ve just begun here and have just started this process, and already have these weird issues, which makes an already emotional and very expensive process even more unpleasant. I’m saddened and frustrated that their service is no longer as good as it was the first couple of times I was here. I honestly don’t know what happened with their decline in service. It adds a lot of negativity and frustration to an already upsetting process. Basically these are our issues: somewhat disorganized office, getting contradictory, inconsistent info, not getting calls about lab results for days, miscommunication between staff and/or patient, staff not calling in a timely manner etc. However, the doctor seems good so I’ll continue going here because of her. Hopefully things will change but I’m not going to hold my breath – once we are done, I will update this review with how the rest of the process went.

They are amaZing here. I find out Tuesday if i pregnant. All i have to say is how many doctors these days call their patients? Not many. Dr. Lindheim always calls to check on me. And i even have the head RN cell number in case i have any questions or need to speak to someone. This team is terrific and i don’t think they care i know they care.
