Came here on the recommendation from a uofa athlete and loved it! The 3 step system was a perfect start to my day. Everything tasted great and the owner was very helpful in explaining each step.

JD, the owner, is extremely friendly and makes delicious shakes. This place is based 100% upon Herbalife products, and its a nice way to get a dose of a quick healthy shake, without buying into or purchasing the products.
Try their ‘Shake of the Week’ and ask about their ‘F Bombs’ too!
