Bed Bath & Beyond

My fiancé and I recently went into this Bed Bath & Beyond location to start our wedding registry. Lawanda helped us through the entire process and she was AMAZING! We cannot stress enough how great she was, and we hope this store knows just how valuable she is (we intend to contact the store directly to rave about her and our experience). Lawanda took time to explain all of the details regarding registries at Bed Bath and Beyond while she took our information and got ours set up. She was patient and friendly the whole time. We enjoyed speaking with her. Lawanda showed us how to use the scanner on our first item. She also walked us over to the section where she recommended we start and advised us which section to leave until the end so that we wouldn’t get tired too early on. Best of all, Lawanda was incredibly knowledgeable on any product we looked at. She talked through all of the characteristics of different types of cookware and gave us details about all of the knife sets on display. She had excellent recommendations and the information she provided us helped us make all of our decisions. Lawanda came to check on us regularly as we made our way through the store, asking if there was anything she could do to help. We had such a great experience registering with Bed Bath and Beyond, and we absolutely recommend that other Tucson couples choose the Oracle Rd location to start their registry!

Wasn’t able to find what I wanted, but received EXCELLENT service from all store employees, especially Arthur. He offered to show me the product that I wanted online and help me to order it to the store. I declined because of the timeframe I was working with, but overall very friendly, helpgul and pleasant experience.

I love bed bath and beyond. My husband and I went to purchase the remaining items from our wedding registry and the store was all moved around from the last time I was there, which wasn’t too long ago. However, as soon as we asked for help, a young woman came quickly, asked us which of the things we couldn’t find off our registry, and led us to them, and stayed with us until we found them. Overall, a good store. The bathrooms look like they could use a slight remodeling, and it’d be nice if they didn’t move things around so often, but friendly staff, clean store, great parking area, generally a great place!

Tons of linens, other house hold stuff, it’s quality stuff, but cheaper than the usual. If you want not quality go to Ross, it’s cheaper, but if you really want Moisture Wicking sheets for over $ 400…here’s your place.
They have large aisles, but for the holidays they crowd them.
Always find something I can’t live without here.
They also have some food items, some pet items, a little bit of everything.

Well, for gadgets and home trinkets and all sorts of things, you can’t beat BB&B. My reason for today’s stop? To get a grilling skillet to cook my bulgogi over the grill without losing my meat to the charcoal gods. It was only 7 bucks! This is a skillet that has holes in it so that you can still get that grilling smoke flavor into your food. Great for grilling veggies and seafood as well as thinly sliced beef for bulgogi.
From their online site, I knew that this store had one. I walked in and didn’t know where to look. I asked a clerk, actually she asked me if I needed help, and within 15 seconds, showed me where to look. Out of the store in 5 minutes. Love good customer service.
The bulgogi? It was pretty awesome.

I SO love this store. I went when I had just come from purchasing a new table and I had looked everywhere for some fabulous seat cushions and placemats that would make my dining room look incredible. I walked in and (cue heavenly angels singing) there they were! There was one problem though… there were only 6 of my desired butt pillows and I have 8 butts to seat. Just as I was going to give up and leave, out from the shadows of blenders and food processors appears the manager asking me if I need some help. I told him my dilemma and he said «No problem at all! You can take those with you and I will order the other 2. They’ll be delivered right to your door at no extra charge.» Sold!

They have quite a variety of items one may need for a kitchen, bathroom or bedroom plus other items. The clerks are friendly and the store is clean.
