I’ve used American Family Insurance for the last 20 years, and I’ve used this particular agent since 2001. I’ve been a pretty low-​maintenance customer most of that time, but last year someone ran a red light and totaled my car. It was the first time in my life I’d been in a car accident that was mine to deal with, so I was entirely unfamiliar with the process of making my claim and dealing with the other insurance company. Beth and Carmen were always great about answering my many questions – and anticipating many of my questions before I even had a chance to ask them.
I also have to commend American Family more generally for their fairness in the valuation they gave my car – and for the work they did coordinating my temporary replacement car from Enterprise and my appointment at Von’s Carstar for damage assessment.
