I have never written a negative review before but felt compelled to write on for the
service. This retailer has so little faith in their services and products that they do not offer satisfaction guarantee for returns. I returned the bag brand new but still had to foot the bill to ship it back, but that’s not enough I was also deducted for the «free shipping» they spent sending it to me in the first place as well and additional $ 4.99 for the «free water bottle». I didn’t even care to keep the bottle I just didn’t think of it when I shipped the bag back.
Then when asking about my refund they refund my PayPal account, but I didn’t pay them with PayPal. And lastly Dylan goes on to say that if I have «issue with that, I suggest you take it up with your bank.» Seriously? Is this really the best customer service you guys have?
Have some pride in your work.

I ordered 2 sets of Ortlieb bags all was well. I later ordered another set for my trailer. In the 3 month interim, the bags changed colors from black to a two tone black. The website did not inform of the color change and when I returned the item, I was charged the full shipping price for the bags and other items I ordered. Bryan assured me I would not be charged for the return; however, when it was processed the shipping was deducted. Buyer beware when you order something as they will search for a reason not to pay for the return.

I have made a couple of purchase from BikeShopHub, and they have always been fantastic. Most recently they sent me the wrong size bag, but Brian was incredibly prompt to ship the correct size, even before I shipped the wrong one back. Wonderful service! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Bought a bag from them. Quick service and it arrived on time. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit on my bike so I sent it back. They were friendly about that process. As a result, I would shop here again. The stores found on the internets can be a scary place, but BikeShopHub is a legitimate place of business.
