Branching Out Tree Service has one large crew led by our apprentice arborist, Dan, who has been with the company for over 6 years. Several of our other crew members have been with the company for nearly 5 years. Our experienced crew works quickly and efficiently to take care of all your tree service needs. We have experience with large tree removals that require the use of a crane and provide such excellent service, you would never know the tree was there! Our services also include routine tree trimming and maintenance, as well as tree planting.

History

Established in 1980.

Our mission statement is «To offer the highest quality tree service at a fair and competitive price. Always growing.» Branching Out Tree Service was established in the summer of 2004. After working in sales for a large landscape and tree service company our owner, Jim Bredice, realized that selling certified arborist quality work wasn’t necessarily followed up with certified arborist performance. Knowing the work performed in the field was only as good as the worst tech on the job, Jim had a vision to go into business for himself and provide the type of quality service he was selling to customers. Over the last 11 years, our company has grown a loyal and happy customer base who have only experienced pleasure with our work. Our company has continued to grow year after year with no indication of slowing down anytime soon! Jim’s desire to keep our company growing in a sustainable manner, with his eye for detail, has lead to great satisfaction for both himself and our customers.

Jim opened Branching Out Tree Service (Tucson) one year after being burned off Mt. Lemmon by the Aspen fire. Previously Jim had worked in Phoenix as an apprentice arborist, where his passion for the tree business was born. He completed the Master Gardener program at the University of Arizona, and began the steps of fulfilling his dream to have his own tree business — a top-​quality, growing business with many satisfied customers.

One of the limbs on my mesquite tree needed to be pulled away from the porch roof and these guys came in and put a cable between it and the main trunk. They also sculpted the tree, and did a great clean up job. Negotiated everything over the phone, left them a check, and they came at a time that was convenient for me. Trust them to do the job right and for a good price!

I contacted Branching Out Tree Service for an estimate on removing tree & trimming our palm tree. Someone came out that same day & they promptly emailed an estimate. I thought their estimate was very reasonable for what needed to be done. I called to give them a deposit to get on their schedule & was told that was not necessary which surprised me. I was told someone would contact me in a few days to let me know when they could do the job & they did.
They arrived when they said they would be here & did an excellent job removing the tree & cleaning up the debris. They also did a wonderful job trimming the palm tree & their price for that was also reasonable.
I would highly recommend Branching Out Tree Service & I will certainly use their services again.

I was originally pleased with their service. I hate dealing with the two mesquites in my front yard, with their malicious thorniness and lack of desire to fit into my trash can. While they did not actually ‘stump grind’ the one as we had initially agreed, I let it go thinking they had decided it was salvageable. Fine.
However, within two weeks a nice windstorm had caused a large branch on the other mesquite to blow partially over, obscuring the path to my front door (not awesome). Closer inspection revealed that the branch had bent in a place where it was partially severed. I’m not a tree expert, but I have a hard time believing the branch was destined to fall if not for the sever.
No damage was done to the house, thankfully, so I called and requested that they finish removing the branch. I was told I would receive a call back. I did not. So now seven days after that phone call I’m sitting here, having dealt with the stupid thing myself, bleeding in five places, and having said ‘Ow eff!’ at least 12 times.
So if you’re lucky enough to have your original service suffice, you will probably be fine. If not, well. Sorry.

I contacted this business based on the positive reviews. I contacted them on a Friday morning and was was told he would be out to provide an estimate that day. He never showed up. He called back on Tuesday morning and told me he would be out that day to provide an estimate and for the second time he did not show up or call. I have not heard from him since. Therefore I do not recommend is business.

I shopped around town to have 2 massive trees removed and found that Jim and Yvetter not only offered the very best deal (by about 50%!) but also a very personal and friendly service. Absolutely delightful to work with! At the last minute I added more work and they gave me a very good quote for this part as well. They arrived on time, and did a phenomenal job. This is my new go-​to company for all tree service issues.

The owner, Jim, came right out and gave a very competitive estimate… we had a HUGE amount of trimming and cleanup after the last big wind and rain storm… his crew arrived exactly when planned and worked like demons on our house… back breaking work… done very professionally … Cleaned up everything and took the time to sweep our driveway even though that wasn’t required… highly recommend Branching Out Tree Service.

I hired Branching Out to remove three fruit trees from my yard; the service was impressive.
When I called to schedule an estimate, I was told that they needed to check the schedule and that it may take a few days to actually get someone out to my house. However, the next day I received the phone call to make the appointment, and the arborist was able to get to my house that same day. Wonderful first impression before anyone is even at my door.
Jim graciously introduced himself with a business card. He gave me a fair quote for the tree removal and stump grinds. He clearly answered all of my questions. I had a few questions about scheduling. One of the comments that Jim made was that several of his employees had families, so he liked to avoid scheduling too many services on the weekends. I had a few more estimates scheduled, but that comment stuck with me. A business owner who values his employees, their families, and their time together! After looking at all of the estimates, I hired Branching Out.
Yvette was able to schedule my service within two days. Two clean-​cut young men showed up to remove the trees. I said hello and made sure they didn’t need anything more from me. Once the chainsaws started, I headed out to a quiet destination. When I got home a few hours later, they were done. The trees were gone, the stumps were gone, and there was no sign of any mess.
I may be planting more desert-​friendly trees in the future. If so, I will definitely be calling Branching Out again.

Awesome job! At first I thought they were pricey when I got the estimate, but they are worth every penny! They were on time, polite, and helpful! Hire these guys!
This was my first time hiring a company to trim my massive mesquite trees. I tried to keep them looking good myself. As hard as I tried, I could not keep up. They were looking dumpy. I have a beautiful garden, but dumpy looking trees in it. I finally decided to pay for the job and I am so pleased I did! The mesquite trees even look happy! If you want great service, and even greater looking trees, bite the bullet and call this tree service. I will call them from now on! I found their review on Unilocal!Thanks Unilocal
