Caliber Property Management

They took all my deposit after we move out. If any one having the same situation, please lease the contact info so we can fight the money back!

I feel the need to leave a review here just to warn people away. And I don’t say this lightly… RUN away. If a house is managed by Caliber in Tucson, don’t rent it. They were previously known as GoldenWest Management (go look at other Unilocal reviews for that company, they are ALL bad) but nothing changed when they switched to Caliber. Same company.
We rented from them a year ago. Just to set the stage: when we moved in, our keys didn’t work and when we finally gained access, there was dried vomit on the walls and broken glass all over the kitchen. Nice job cleaning before we moved in… After an entire year of issues, we finally took them to court for a wrongfully withheld security deposit at the end of our lease. Thankfully, we won, but it took a lot of money and time to get this company to own up to the terrible job they did managing our property.
Just don’t waste your time and find another rental company. Anyone is better than these guys, I promise.
