I would give Canterra maybe and that’s being generous a half star. This place is the worst place I have ever seen. Starting with the horrible staff who doesn’t care about there tenants. Once you sign the lease be prepared to be ignored. I have called in and gone to the office numerous times. They wont do anything about my issues. I have complained 6 times about the mold growing in the vents and on the walls and nothing done. My handle on my oven has been broke since the day I moved in and has not been fixed. There appliances really need to be updated. The balcony above me is falling through. Everytime it rains it leaks. I have had to put up a tarp to catch the rain. The roof is getting worse and worse. The roach infestation is beyond ridiculous. Coming home from work in one day there were over 20 roaches in my tub. They say they have sprayed but I have never been asked to come into my apartment and spray nor have I ever seen anyone come spray. The neighbors are dirty have tons of dogs that are locked in the apartments for hours at a time. The horrible smell from there apartment is lingering around mine. Even with there door closed.
The other tenants let there dogs poop on the grass and very rarely bother picking up after them. As for the laundry room. I have called the office and reports that there was dog urine and feces in there and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I would rather go to another laundry mat then the one in this hell hole. Finally the washer and dryers have been up dated but the lint traps are always full of nasty dog hair and there is always trash everywhere. Some of the dryers are already not working.
Last week the cops came because cars were getting broken into.
I would not recommend my worst enemy to move here. It is by far the worst place I have ever been to. Dirty disgusting and very unsanitary. Horrible office personnel.
WHATEVER YOU DO. DONT RENT HERE! Way to expensive for what you get.

GHETTO! they have mold to where the walls are soft & bugs, beetles, & these weird carpet creepy crawly things everywhere. this place goes through maintenance staff like crazy because they fire the staff once they find out about the different apartments’ health problems. only the staff who couldn’t care less about the safety of Cantera’s inhabitants remain. I get chills thinking about this disgusting place.
