UGH. This place is laughable to say the least. So I came here to inquire about tinting my car since I’m new to the land of the sun. A salesman who I can only describe as old enough to be my grandfather looked at my car from the dealership window and referred to it as a «late model”(it’s a year old) and informed me that they only tint new cars that are bought at the dealership. I inquired how much it would be. They didn’t know but would «get back to me». I almost laughed. I could/​would expect snobbish behavior at a BMW/​Benz dealership but ACURA c’mon Gramps. Anyway I found a fantastic place in town that tinted my car. Furthermore for all your Acura SERVICE needs there is a wonderful place that Unilocal can direct you to at a fraction of the COST. Best of Luck with your attitude guys. I will never be back!

This is my third Acura. Not only is the company fabulous and the product, but the sales people are the best. Especially Michael. He has a difficult name to spell lbut he’s got to be the best salesman in the whole world. Even if you don’t buy a car you will enjoy the experience of visiting this business. Oh yeah, when you go there for service they give you the best coffee and cookies and they wash your car. You are queen or king for the day.

I bought a car here on Jan 18 from Teresa. I just can’t say enough about how awesome she was. If you’re going up there to look for a vehicle, ask for her by name because her customer service is awesome and the reason I am giving them 5 stars.

I worked with Johny Redoch who was a delight: professional, responsive, and worked hard to make the deal go through. I got a decent deal on an older, high mileage car and was initially concerned after our mechanic flagged some problems, Chapman followed up on part of what they said they would do (replace VERY worn front brakes) after some haggling. Now, however, they are refusing to help replace the tires which are close to worn (my mechanic says they are «goneso.») which they had indicated during the purchasing process they would do. So, DON’T BUY A USED CAR UNTIL YOUR MECHANIC HAS INSPECTED THE CAR. This is my second purchase from Chapman and I will not return.

First Routine Service Successful
I purchased a car here in December; this was my first routine oil change for the new vehicle. Chris was professional and helpful. He was able to secure a brief loaner car while my MDX was cared for. It would have been pleasant to wait in their facility, but I had a meeting I had to make so it worked out.

I was having some unusual trouble with my 04 TSX and was referred to Chapman by a friend of a friend. From the moment I walked in the office, Joe Cassano was such a delight! My car was in the shop for about 2 weeks as it was difficult for them to quickly find out what the problem was, but I have no complaints as Joe gave me a new TL to drive around. He truly cared about the condition of my vehicle and my safety in the interim. I will definitely continue to visit Chapman Acura in the future!

Just got my new 2013 Acura RDX from Chapman. Love the SUV and loved my buying experience! Worked with Brett on the purchase and got a wonderful deal. Had to wait a little while to get the color I wanted, but it was worth it! Brett kept us up-​to-​date on everything and made the entire process as smooth as possible. If you’re looking for a new car, I definitely recommend you talk to Chapman Acura.

I just leased my third Acura from Chapman last month, and I have to say that it was a wonderful experience. My salesman and the manager treated me like I was part of their family. I will never buy an Acura from anyone else. Chapman Acura has a customer for life.

Great salesman with a shady sales manager.
Was looking at vehicle and was working with Eddie he was extremely nice, very accommodating, and immensely helpful. I was ready to buy a car on the lot and took it to a local shop for a purchase inspection. Mechanic found problems and they were costly. I went back with the mechanics report and at that point I ended up dealing with the Sales manager. He not only was condescending and aggressive he basically called me and the shop liars. He assured me the car would be checked out but would not repair the problem to make the sale. Yet when I drove by the next day the car was back out on the lot waiting for a less informed buyer to purchase a $ 19K vehicle that needed a $ 4K repair.
Eddie is great and was really easy to work with but the sales manager was quite the opposite. The fact they put a vehicle with a problem with the steering back on the lot without a repair speaks a great deal about the integrity of this dealer.

When I have to use jumper cables on my car before 8 AM, I’m not going to be a happy camper.
However, the folks at the Chapman Acura service center made the rest of my day go as smoothly as possible. I pulled right in, dropped off my car, and sat in the lounge long enough to have a sip of water before I was shuttled off to work. The attendant who drove me was knowledgeable, nice, and a very safe driver in a tempting car.
Once I received notice that my car was finished, I spoke with another driver (Dave) who was very pleasant on the phone. He came by to get me, held up his end of the conversation, and dropped me back at the service center.
Once inside, I was only there long enough to have a complimentary chocolate chip cookie before my vehicle was outside and ready to go.
The whole process was so easy that I’d recommend them to anyone, and the complimentary car vacuum and wash almost made me forget about those 8 AM jumper cables.

Work with Chad to make a reasonable deal. My TSX is awesome. Their service center is reputable but not as personable as they once were due to management changes.
