History

Established in 1972.

Dan’s Paint & Body is not your typical body shop. There is no grease; no clutter; no intimidation. Upon entry of the newly remodeled 60,000 square ft. facility it is pleasantly obvious that you are in a business environment, dealing with a friendly staff that truly cares about their customer.

Dan’s Pain & Body began back in 1972 in a 600 Sq. Ft. detached garage in the West side of Tucson. Our operation expanded slowly but surely, and after several small location moves, in 1984 Dan’s Paint and Body found its way to its present location on 22^nd and Alvernon. Fast forward to the present, we now occupy 60,000 Sq. Ft. of property, and 25,000 Sq. Ft. of repair space. Always looking for new and better ways to repair vehicles and create satisfied customers, we at Dan’s have always stayed on the cutting edge of repair equipment, facility improvement, and education of our employees to achieve the goal of complete customer satisfaction.

I began Dan’s Paint & Body back in 1972. After 40 years and over 50,000 satisfied customers, I still love what I do, and look forward to coming in to work every day. We have assembled a great «family» of employees, including 3 immediate family members, that are a joy to work with. There is a loyalty factor here at Dan’s that is unique in that it is reflected in how the customers feel like friends after they leave. Our approach is to «Treat the customer as you would like to be treated.»
