Dent Busters

I recently went into Dent Busters needing help on a very difficult dent that other individuals were unable to fix. I was having a terrible day and when I walked into Dent Busters they turned everything around for me. Immediately gave me an estimate which was shockingly reasonable and were EXTREMELY kind, which is something I really needed that day. Picked the car up later and they not only washed the car for me, but explained that they ended up having to do some paint repair but would not be charging me for it. I cannot recommend them enough. And this is the first time I’ve ever reviewed on Unilocal.That’s how impressed I am with them.

Pros: they were friendly and ready to come out and look at the car right away. Didn’t seem to busy like most placed I went
Cons: they quoted me 2x more than anyone else. Hate to assume they were trying to take advantage of a girl but two other places in the same day said at most 2,000 and their estimate was 4,000 for a new hood and fixing the side.
I know estimates can be tricky without taking apart the car but Id definitely get a few quotes before going here.

I do not normally write reviews, but my experience with Dent Busters was so phenomenal that i feel compelled to let anyone looking for a body shop know that I had great customer service, professional repairs and at a reasonable cost.
From my first phone call to Dent Busters, Jenny was completely professional in answering my questions and scheduling a convenient time for an estimate. Once I left the car with them, Jenny stayed in touch with me to let me know the progress of the work. I was so delighted with the work done — it was flawless! Plus they washed and vacuumed my car and gave me transportation to and from my home!

Had a small dent fixed and was super happy with the customer service. The dent looks great and the woman who seems to run the place is beyond wonderful. She is straight to the point and easy to work with. They gave me a very decent price and I will be using them in the future.

I came here for a quote on a dent. The manager was very friendly, helpful, and thorough in providing me a quote estimate and explained everything clearly.
I obtained four quotes for my dent– 1 for 500, 2 between 1000 – 1200 which I ended up taking and am pleased with the work, and Dentbusters quoted me 2300.
Just an FYI

I recently dealt with Dent Busters because I had been rear-​ended and my bumper smashed. Jenny was very helpful and made sure my bumper was replaced according to all of the insurance protocols. She ensured that I got a factory original bumper with the right paint job and there were no problems at all for me. In fact, they even dropped me off/​picked me up from my house so that I didn’t have to hire a cab.
Very pleased.

Oh how many times I’ve passed Dent Busters and have had a good laugh at their ghost sign! Never thought I’d ever walk into the shop, though. Until two weeks ago when someone so carelessly abused my pretty black car with their car’s door. So, off to the body shop I know and love, and then to Dent Busters as a last resort. The body shop confirmed that I needed a «paintless dent repair» specialist, but gave me another company’s name because they don’t do that in their shop. Since I now knew that I needed PDR, I ran to Dent Busters before calling the other company.
Jenny greeted me promptly and we went out to look at the ding. It took her a minute to give me a very fair estimate and explain what to expect from the PDR process. She also told me that Dent Busters works with the dealership that my car was purchased at, which gave me a lot of confidence, and actually sealed the deal for me. I did call the other PDR guy since Dent Busters couldn’t fit me into their schedule with one hour left until closing. He was about 30% more expensive. I would have paid more if I thought I needed to, but honestly, working directly with my car’s dealership sold me on the obvious quality of work that Dent Busters does.
So since I went late in the day and they couldn’t fit me into the schedule, I brought my car to them this past week. I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment and they took my car in right away. Forty-​ish minutes later, and they were done! I pulled up with an ugly door ding, and I left with a shiny, smooth, dingless car! They did an excellent job. I couldn’t be happier!
The entire experience with Dent Busters was a breath of fresh air. They are very friendly and professional. Jenny only saw my face for about 5 minutes for the estimate, but remembered me when I walked in for my appointment. They clearly value their customers and the service they provide them. Their waiting area is also clean and comfortable. And if you like Marilyn Monroe, this is your perfect waiting room to spend an hour in!
Overall, I will definitely recommend and return to Dent Busters in the future!

Dent Busters is definitely a 5+. If you’ve read my review on Affordable Window Tinting, you know I’m picky when it comes to picking a shop to do work on my cars. I had the unfortunate pleasure of having someone hit my bumper in a parking lot and didn’t leave a note. The damage was minor, shallow crease in the bumper and about 12 inch paint wrinkle. Regardless it was still very upsetting to me since I try to keep the car pristine.
Instead of calling, I just popped into the shop. I wanted to get a feel for the employees, the shop overall, and get an estimate of course. I did the same with 3 other highly rated/​recommended shops around Tucson. I already knew roughly what the cost of the repair should be based on experience. All shops were a little higher then Cali prices, but as one shop pointed out, the hourly shop rates are higher in Tucson then Cali due to less competition.
One of the four shops I was comparing was outrages. They wanted about $ 850 to do a small bumper repair. I looked at the estimate and I could see where they were padding in hours to make more money. Guess the guy took me for an idiot or something. At first when the shop guy was looking at the bumper he was even saying something like «hhhmmmm let’s see if we need to replace the bumper.» I told him it just needs to be heated up, reshaped and repainted. He agreed… Anyone with even a little bit or car experience could tell right away they bumper didn’t need to be replaced. Another shop gave me a lot of fluff, after looking into some of the stuff he was saying, his story didn’t add up (wonderful thing about smart phones). He was also the second most expensive of the four.
I was now down to two shops. Both shops were about $ 30 of each other. So it came down to overall vibe. I recalled my original meeting with Oscar at Dent Busters. At the end, I picked Dent Busters because of Oscar. When I first went to get an estimate, Oscar was really friendly, really patient, and didn’t give off a pretentious vibe like many of the other shops did. Oscar knew his stuff without being arrogant or overselling it. Also when I asked Oscar about their paint repair and if they could touch up some paint chips, he gave me a really great offer. Other places were already nickle and diming over every labor hour for the bumper. Oscar’s more of the type of guy that is like «sure, no problem, we’ll take care of you.» He really does. I was also glad to see them working on a Mercedes dealer car (CL63) the first time I «interviewed» the shop (on a later visit saw they were going to work on an E63).
When I finally took in my bumper for repair, I asked Oscar a few more questions. I wanted to clarify a few things, to verbally lay out expectations from both parties, and finally to confirm I was picking the right person/​the right shop. Oscar answered all my questions professionally, confidently, and knowledgeably. He really knows his stuff! For example I was worried about color matching, Oscar was able to explain their new paint system/​paint company they are using, why they changed to this company, the pros and cons to the new company, and that the new company backs them in guaranteeing color matching.
When I went to go pick up my bumper (I took it in off the car) Oscar and Adrian showed me their work. The color looked beautiful. They told me they needed me to bring the bumper back on the car so that they could polish off some light surface imperfections. To me this is really taking ownership of their work. Instead of hoping the customer doesn’t see it, they tell the customers, hey we want to do an even better job, please allow us to polish up the small imperfections. There was another spot of imperfections that I caught myself. Where it was on the bumper, it probably wouldn’t even be visible when mounted. Oscar took ownership though. We both agreed it wasn’t that bad, but Oscar said he knew that I would know it was there. He offered to fix it. Some shops would wait for you to demand or make a fuss before they did anything.
When I took the bumper back in with the car for polishing, Adrian stopped by to chat a bit. Another really nice guy. Really friendly and down to earth, even asked me if I’d like a beverage. Usually the guys working in the back don’t stop what they are doing to come and say hi. Alfonso polished up my bumper and touch up my rock chips. He did a great job.
Overall the staff at Dent Busters is amazing. They do an amazing job at a very competitive price. I seriously highly recommend going to Dent Buster. I REALLY hope I will not have to go in for another repair. If I do, and even if it’s for a major repair, I would trust Dent Busters with my cars.
They also offer a $ 20 off coupon on their website I forgot to use. But they gave me such a great price I actually would probably feel bad using it. LOL.

Had a dent that looked like I might have to replace a door panel. I talked to lady named Brenda and she took care of everything. She warned me they might have to replace it but they would try their best to fix it. Got the car back in a few days and it looks great! I still cant believe they were able to fix it so well. I am more than satisfied. They matched the paint and it looks like new. Friendly service, prompt repairs, and your car looking like new again… what more can you ask for?
On a side note, they aren’t a preferred body shop so your insurance company will most likely send you to other places in town like Dan’s. It might be a little extra hassle to go to Dent Busters, but don’t take the easy route and go with preferred body shops. Dan’s Body Shop tried to up-​sell me on all kinds of dents and dings that I didn’t even ask their rep to include in my estimate.
If you want honest service, go to Dent Busters.

I had a door ding that exposed metal. I tried to touch up but color didn’t match. In frustration I took it to Dent Busters. 45 minutes later the dent was gone, the color matched & it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I couldn’t be more impressed.

so … it’s the usual stuff. Bought a new car and within days, got a poo-​poo. Managed to acquire a superficial scratch on the roof of my car. Since this is about Dent Busters, I will refrain from elaborating on the manner in which the mishap occurred LOL.
Took it to DB.
They were gracious enough to squeeze me in and buffed it out within 15 minutes. Can’t even tell that it was there. The charges were quite reasonable and they were up front with what the repair process requires and the cost of doing said repair. When it comes to automotive related stuff, it’s really refreshing to come across people with integrity who values customer service.
This was my first time experiencing this type (paint free) of body repair. I am a fan now.
Oh … and the waiting room has Wi-​Fi …

Used them awhile ago, not too bad on the pricey side but I can see why. They do a great job.

Where should I start to review a business has been around for years and recommended by previous Audi Porsche service manager? Cant really tell you where. because they are so many reasons… plenty of good reasons!
They did an outstanding job to fixed the dent on my car. Maybe some other tech can do the job just as good (or close to it)…but the professionalism of this company had presented itself are second to none!
Just let me break it down the details of my personal experiences of the last 2 brief visits… and you’ll be the judge!
1) I walked into the door asked for the estimate. waited a few min and the wait its not even consider a wait (and you think you have a appointment at the doctors office!). They apologized… they gave me a quick and detail explanation what will needs to done… answered my questions direct and simple. Got my quote… seems pretty reasonable!
2) one week later. got some time off. its 3PM. hummm… let me call see if they can fit me in. they were busy and the girl that answered the phone even remember who I am and what kind of the car I have.
3) 4 weeks later… I brought the car in with no appointment and they took me right away… During this visit I had notice from the office lady to the owner they treat all the customers with a greatest amount of the courtesy and without being… let say dramatic… you know what I mean?
4) Job is finished… owner personally brought my car to the front. Wait… she told me it will take 1 ½ hour. it has only been an hour. I guess I finish rest of the movie I was watching on my tablet later. OK here is my little wagon. I am looking for the dent… I still can see it with my discerning (picky) eyes. She had acknowledge the minor imperfection as well. unlike some of the tech will tell you other wise.
I think its good enough since no one can ever notice the different but me!
5) I have a coupon… the office lady refund the differences without a single question.
