If I could, I would give them no stars. I’m from out of town and took my broken phone in on a Saturday. A nice lady named Kris helped me and told me to call on Sunday afternoon and ask for her, and she would update me on what parts needed to be fixed. Sunday afternoon came and I called. Asked for Kris. she doesn’t work Sundays. Okay, how’s the phone? Locked in a safe and can’t access it, call back tomorrow at 10:30 and it’ll be ready. (Not happy at this point). So I call Monday afternoon to give them extra time since apparently they need it, still not ready, call back at 4pm she tells me. (Now I’m pissed). I decided to not call and instead showed up at the store around 3:30. Asked for what was going on, the guy disappeared into the back for 10 minutes and came back out with my phone and told me the screen sensor was torn and they couldn’t fix it. (Told me to go to Walmart and just buy a new phone). Took it home and opened it up myself, the screen sensor is perfectly fine and I plugged it into my uncles phone (has same phone) to see if was good, surprise, nothing wrong! These losers didn’t even look at my phone and charged me $ 15 to do a diagnostic check. These people are lazy, I would not trust them to do anything but sit in a break room and eat donuts. DON’T GO HERE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED!!!
