Description

Specialties

We are a professional, caring and affordable document preparation service here to help you. We are certified by the Arizona Supreme Court and have been serving Tucson and Southern Arizona for nearly 30 years. We don’t use fill-in-the-blank forms, but professional documents custom to your needs. We handle your divorce from start to finish, including all legwork. We address most issues including legal decision making of children («custody»), parenting time («visitation»), child support, division of property, debts and more. Don’t pay an attorney if you don’t need one. And don’t risk the mistakes and hassle of a do-it-yourself kit. Get the papers you need, at a price you can afford. Call for a free phone consultation 7 days, including evenings. And always speak with a certified preparer, not a clerk or receptionist.

History

Established in 1989.

After receiving her degree as a legal assistant and then working a number of years for attorneys, owner Linda Seger saw a need for professional yet affordable legal assistance, particularly in divorce and family law. She opened Divorce Packet Processing LLC in 1989, one of the first document preparation firms in Southern Arizona. Shortly after, she helped lead Arizona to become one of the first states to allow non-lawyers to provide such assistance. While we have helped thousands of people over the years through the divorce process, we remain in Tucson and handle only divorce. We’re one of the few Tucson firms available 7 days a week, including evenings, and one of the only to offer preparation while-u-wait.
