I was told by Zia Records to visit Draco in order to get a 1947 78 rpm recording done by my uncle in Hawaii converted to a playable file.
Voila! They do this all the time. I was so thrilled to hear this. I talked with store manager Lorraine Bourgoin and she said they would clean it up and place it on a CD and include am mp4 file so I could email it to famiiy.
I think it’s grand that such a service is available in Tucson for those of us holding these older record recordings that require special equipment to play.
If my Drumming Circle ever gets famous and wants to make a recording, we’ll come here to Draco and use their studio.
