I took my kid to this dunkin donut to get her a donut. But she had to use the restroom. I noticed that the restrooms were locked. When asked the manager to open the restroom she said it was for«paid customer» only. This is one of the stupidest comment I have heard in a long time and reflects the manager character who works there. Why go to such place which does not even have a open restroom for its customer’s. Very poor.

I’ve attempted to stop here in the wee hours of the morning to get donuts for my staff a few times and the service has gotten worse and worse each time. Most recently it was horrendous… The drive-thru line was unreasonably long and the wait was greater than 15 minutes. It’s one of those that once you’re in, you can’t drive out of it and remain stuck… Instead of asking for my order at the menu board, was told to drive around which extended the wait. Pulled around and there were SIX employees visible, but the process was slow and no one appeared to work with urgency. Maybe it was shift change or something, but there’s NOT excuse for that kind of wait time, especially if there’s no communication about it and NOAPOLOGIES for my wait(and the other 5 cars that ended up in this disaster as well). There was all sorts of confusion with ordering. The drive-thru process is inefficient without use of the menu speaker for ordering and the staff had no clue when they’ve taken the order ahead and when they had not, evidenced by the employee asking me when I pulled up to the PAY window what I had ordered :/. I had to make and then repeat my order more than once. I was then handed an extremely hot cup with no sleeve(though usually this is done in advance) and the employee Karla was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL when I asked her to provide one…“We aren’t allowed to do that.”…Funny that it has NEVER been an issue before. But fine… though Karla was EXTREMELY rude and was NOT wearing her nametag(had to ask another employee because Karla walked off and ignored me when I asked her… She yelled to me that I should make sure that I spell it with a K, so yes, it’s Karla, NOT Carla to be clear… that should tell you how FRIENDLY she was :)). All other employees seen were wearing theirs. A different employee could not figure out how to use/redeem my DD Perks and attempted to overcharge me because SHE couldn’t figure out how to process the transaction. She had to seek assistance after I explained that was not fair to me as the customer. She was respectufl about it, but did not appear very happy that I wasn’t willing to pay more than I was supposed to… Total time spent was over 20 minutes which is outrageous… This location really needs to get it together because their processes are shameful…

I like Dunkin Donuts as a great alternative to Starbucks. They are closer than Starbucks and the pastries are a lot better here. I feel more confident about my dining choices here. I will continue to dine here.

I don’t like donuts but I love coffee and the iced coffee here is great. I always get an iced coffee with cream, sugar free French Vanilla and Splenda. The drive-through is always busy when I go, but worth the wait. When I get to the window I can always see everyone working hard inside. Employees at the window are always courteous.

I’m usually a Starbucks kinda girl, but I like to come here for a bagel and hashbrowns. And the iced vanilla swirl coffee is so good! The folks here are friendly as well. Another plus is that this is one of I believe 2 out of many of the locations that is open 24 hours, but after midnite, it’s accessible by drive thru.

Customer service is excellent & iced coffee is super yummy! The only beef I have with the place is the pricing. I know this one is cheaper then most, but $ 4 sandwiches is kinda ridiculous. My word of advice, get a refillable cup. It’s only $ 2.00 however u want it.

I don’t get how DD has been such a successful businesses. The donuts are ok at best. The coffee is alright. At least this place is clean. I do like all the donut hole choices. They are like little donut pills that I can wash down with their mediocre coffee.

I don’t know what the hype is about this Dunkin Donuts. Maybe its because they don’t have any in California, maybe we get to see all the commercials and advertisement and yet we can’t go out to get them, maybe«its all just a conspiracy I tell ya» but whatever it is whenever the chance comes that we come across this place, The One always has to grab some Munchkins and coffee and of course I don’t mind either and neither does the Lil Princess.(as our friends look at us with perplexed faces, «We don’t have a Dunkin Donuts in California» we tell them) I do like the Munchkins, almost like donut holes similar in size and all but rather than just your average glazed donut hole, just as you would order an assortment of donuts, Munchkins also come in assorted varieties as well. Same texture as the donut version be it chocolate, glazed, powdered sugar, sprinkles, cocoa glazed, cinnamon glazed, jelly filled or what have you there’s a Munchkin version. Although I haven’t tried any, they also serve muffins, bagels, cookies, breakfast sandwich’s, bakery sandwich’s, and wraps. As well as hot, cold, and iced beverages of your choice. Personally I take black coffee no cream no sugar, the bolder the better. Anyways, one of these days maybe I’ll get around to trying their other items, but coffee and Munchkins sounds good right about now. So until they make it out to California…

The donuts are HORRIBLE!!! I went there because I smelled them cooking fresh ones so I walked in and asked for a fresh one tut person behind the counter said«we don’t have fresh ones the ones you see behind me are the only ones we have» well I saw some glazed ones sitting on a cooling rack in the kitchen. And I asked«well what abut the ones on that cooking rack»? He said«those we put out at 5AM» well this was at 8PM!!! They advertise«fresh donuts» well I don’t think anyone says«oh YAY lets have some fresh donuts that have been collecting dust for the past 9 hours!» Said NOBODYEVER!!! I ended up buying donuts there and they were cheery like the oil wasn’t heated up to the right temperature or something. If you want a no nonsense donut place go to donut wheel on golf links and kolb. They fresh donuts are actually fresh and you have to be careful not to burn your mouth! Just like a fresh Krispy Kreme donut. I am giving dunkin donuts ONE star ONLY because Unilocal WON’T let me give them ZERO!

Good place. A wide flavor variety. Lots of coffee variations. Something for everyone. Like the onion bagels. Good fast place to pick up yummy sweet treats for any occasion. Little kids love the doughnut holes. Always like how fast I am in and out even in the mornings with the long lines.

Really disappointed tonight because I thought this shop was 24/7, unfortunately no one came up to the drive thru when I sat for several minutes and the inside appeared empty.

I have not been to a Dunkin Donuts in quite a while. Glad we went to this one, they had a great selection and Nan was so friendly and helpful. Everything we got was fresh. Very nice experience. We just may go back soon.

This place is right on my way to work and they have a military discount. I love dunks and it is pretty hard to mess it up… this place does a great job. I really like that they are quick and never mess up my order. They also don’t go nuts with the sugar, which is nice when you’re drinking ice coffee.

Woooo! That’s how I’m starting this review! Friendly, discounts(for military), coffee the way you order it, and breakfast all day(as long as they have the bagels). Quick and efficient, and in terms of fast coffee they are the best. =) It’s a nice taste of things from the East Coast for those stuck in the Southwest. When I first arrived here it was a welcome sight and made me feel a little more at home. I value this place. As a coffee drinker on the go this is the place to stop when I must. Even if I have to drive a little further out of the way to stop by here. I once had an issue, and the staff made things right. How can you complain about that? The Duke of DD’s has spoken.

So living in the Bay Area in California I am never really able to find a Dunkin’ Donuts, but wow did I miss their coffee! I would have to say I really liked this particular location as well as the staff was friendly and the donuts were fresh even at 4:00pm! Anyhow, really festive and awesome deal on the 1 lb coffee beans by two lbs at $ 15.00! That’s a steal. Also, this location had the strawberry frosted donuts where another Dunkin Donut did not have it!

Dunkin Donuts are one of those guilty pleasures you just can’t say no to sometimes. They are the most consistent location. Always greeted with a smile. Not the best donuts in the world, but still a tasty treat.
