We’ve recently moved to Tucson and acquired a new laptop for our middle schooler, as well as some modern-​day gadgets for ourselves (e.g., ipod nanos, kindles, new printer/​scan, fax etc).
Problem: how to learn how to use them enjoyably, properly and most usefully. HP, Apple, Amazon, Comcast 800 call centers can only go so far.
We desperately needed someone to (a) set everything up (b) sync all © instruct us (d) give us good confidence, to enjoy everything.
Enter Matt B. – a computer/​gadget/​printer Maestro; experienced in this business and just now out on his own as EZ Clicks. Bright and diligent.
If you are at all like any of us, grab Matt. He’s savvy, prompt, a great listener… makes house calls – always on time. We make lists and he walks us through.
He explains things in a pleasant, non-​condescending manner. On the rare occasions when he may not know an answer («can I sync this book from my kindle to smartphone and then to ipod nano» etc.), he says he’ll research it, and he does so right away.
His prices are very reasonable and he also troubleshoots via phone. He’s efficient and organized. We’ve signed up for a plan offering regular up-​dating, servicing; but, one-​off, «spot» or infrequent needs are also right up his alley.
