Farmers Insurance – Michael Parks

We recently moved back to Tucson, and our insurance rates with Allstate had become unreasonably high. We started shopping around and contacted all of the big names in insurance. Ultimately, we ended up going with Parks Farmers Insurance– and are we ever glad we did! Not only was the agency by FAR the most affordable for our home and auto policies– saving us HUNDREDS of dollars every year– the staff is incredible.
June sat down with me for well over an hour when we first decided to switch and went over every line and detail of both of the policies, making sure she understood exactly what we needed and wanted in our policies (and what we didn’t)! She also went out of her way to double check everything in the policies and insure we received as many discounts as possible.
Whenever I’ve had any issues or questions, I’ve been able to get ahold of the office quickly and they’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful.
Aside from the fantastic prices and excellent customer service, what I love most about this agency in particular is their dedication to Tucson and their clients. They host regular client block parties (hello free tacos!) and donate regularly to charities– most recently, we spotted them sponsoring a booth at the Reid Park Zoo during Halloween!
