Work when complete is ok, yet customer service poor, no returning phone calls, no follow up, was kept waiting for 2 hrs for an appointment that was ultimately cancelled by Emmet, said he would come out the next day… Nope. Cant trust the company to do what they promise. Don’t respect the customer’s time at all. Even when I tried to give them more business, they didn’t call back, guess the economy is really good.
