Fast. Professional. Awesome! Wyatt came out on a Sunday night and took my van for a reasonable cost to my mechanic. Highly recommend

I have owned transportation companiesfor years, tractor trailers and now box trucks. I learned that Frontier gives you the best drivers and never jacks the price up at the end.
Today I needed to retrieve a 5^th wheel from a remote lot, dirt road, gullies and rough road. Once we got there I began raising the jacks with a wrench… David the Frontier drive hooked up an air impact and I was literally done in 2 minutes what was a good 15 minute battle with a wrench. One of the stabilizers was not connected the driver had tie wire and pliers to tie it up and hook up was fast and easy.
On the way out of this place he had to keep stopping to raise and lower the front of the fifth wheel so it would not hit and bend the jacks. Same going in the drop point and then backed it down the slope, around the corner and placed it perfectly aligned with th slab. I also had to remove the one that was there so this wasn’t the average tow. David never rushed and the job was done in 2 hours, which came out to half the rv haulers and one of thier competitors price.
I gladly wait for frontier as no damage, professional and reasonable service is well worth waiting for.

I have used Frontier Towing on four separate occasions. Twice from my home to a mechanic shop, once back from the same shop to my home, and again just recently from I-​10/​congress to the same shop at I-​10/​Ina. All towing was less than 10 miles. The first time I was quoted a price of $ 50 and felt I got value for the tow and received the same price for subsequent tows. The experience was here nor there and nothing to brag about (3 stars?). However, my last experience is worth my time to write this review. This last time and I do mean last time, I broke down at I-​10 & Congress at 4:45pm on my way home from work. I called Frontier Towing and they dispatched «Andy» who was timely but rude in nature. When I walked up to the cab of his truck to greet him I was introduced with blaring heavy metal music and a cold greeting and minimal customer interaction. I felt as if I was putting him out. So needless to say the service sucked. Then Andy asked if «Ricardo» gave me a quote and I replayed «no». Andy went on to write the visa ticket writing $ 50 for the tow which I anticipated and then he added $ 30 for night time rates! He called in my card to Ricardo for approval and I asked him to pass on that this is my fourth tow with them and to please ask for the night time rate to be waved. My request was ignored by Andy only asking Ricardo day or night rates. I then called Ricardo directly and he started off by asking why I thought I should not have to pay the nighttime rate. As I made my case; a frequent user, it wasn’t nighttime, rude service, etc. he got argumentative with me telling me that they don’t keep records of frequent customers and that if I want 15 cent cheese burgers that I should go to Wendy’s. Well I can tell you one thing Ricardo, I won’t be using your sub standard customer service again and that the greedy extra $ 30 you charged me for «nighttime rates» inspired this review. Additionally, I will advise everyone I know not to use your company to include the shop that recommended you. For those of you who read this review and still use Frontier Towing, do yourself a favor and get a quote up front from Ricardo at the very minimum.

My girlfriend broke down on the side of a road and was towed to their yard about 8pm. The gentleman, Tom B, called a cab company for her. When they didn’t arrive he called again and when they failed to show up, he called another cab company. At one point, despite the 30 degree weather, Tom even stood outside waiting for the cab to arrive.
In the am, she realized she forgot her laptop in the front seat. (As with most tow companies, they have a bad reputation for stealing what is left in the car). She immediately called and spoke with Jeff. Jeff said he would call back after he looked into it. No more than 5 minutes later, Jeff called back and said he found the laptop and secured it! He also said the vehicle was already on its way to the dealership, we didn’t even have to ask or hound them to take it to the dealer. They took it to the dealer as promised the night before.
Awesome service, courteous and professional employees. A+ business.

Excellent Service by Mark! My truck needed to be towed from my home to the dealership because of a computer problem. If you need to get your vehicle towed, ask for Mark! He was a huge help and, the price was reasonable.

Worst service imaginable. They took almost 2 hours when I was quoted 30 mins. I had hopped a curb accidently in my car and was unable to drive it. When the driver showed up he told me a should have told the dispatcher it wasnt movable (why else would I need a tow) he then told me to have a nice day and drove off leaving me stranded on the side road. Worst experience I have ever had. Don’t not do business here.

Late last night around 11:30 pm on Wilmot Rd in Tucson, my SUV died (found out today that the alternator went out). My wife researched and found Frontier Towing. My wife relayed the information to dispatch and he said they would be leaving in about 10 minutes. I only had to wait about 20 minutes before the Tow Truck showed. Andy, the driver, was very friendly and professional. We towed my vehicle to Desert Toyota (will review their service later) and he dropped the vehicle off in their service lot (he patiently waited while I spoke to the security guard who let us in).

I had a great towing experience with Frontier Towing yesterday. They answered the phone promptly and took my information quickly. They told me how long it would take for the truck to reach me, about an hour, and it arrived on time. The equipment was well-​maintained and organized and the driver was careful and took his time to ensure that our our truck was properly hooked up. The driver was very friendly and accomodated all 3 of us in his cab. I would definitely recommend Frontier Towing.

So sad! My first one star review :(I’ll keep it short and not so sweet. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called today to have my brothers SUV towed because he was stranded on the side of the interstate with car troubles. The guy on the phone was so stinkin rude! I couldn’t believe it. He made me feel like the biggest idiot because:
A.) My brother got a ride to work and didn’t leave the keys in the car. The guy insisted he would not tow the car without the keys so I needed to find a way to get them there.
B.) I didn’t know what shop my brother wanted it taken to (because he didn’t want it taken to one). The guy said he I had to find a shop to take it to to have it repaired. My brother is having his buddy repair it so it just needed to be taken to a yard for now.
C.) The guy told me «You know you’re going to have to pay for this right?» DUH!
I wish I could have recorded the conversation. It was so offensive that I stopped him in the middle of his «lecture» to let him know I was very disappointed in his tone and demeanor and was no longer interested in their services.
Good news is I called Auto and Truck Salvage Co. immediately after and they were happy to tow without keys to a yard for holding. I will gladly pay them for services rendered. SMH…
