At Gary Ray’s Texas BBQ, we take great pride in our quality products that we smoke daily! Ribs, chicken, brisket, turkey, sausage, chicken wings, and prime rib! We’re not like commercialized restaurants that use charcoal and pre-portioned servings, we used a combination of mesquite and pecan, as well as fresh recipes that are prepared daily.
History
Established in 2014.
This property has been around since the 50’s. It started out as a trading post, then became a general store owned by the Lawerys which was featured in the film «Lilies in the field», staring academy award winner Sidney Pointier. It then became Webbs Steak House which was family owned and ran by Diane Webb and her brothers for 30 years. Next it became the Bone-Inn Steak house, then the Settlement Smokehouse. In 2014, we became Gary Ray’s Texas BBQ on 6 ½ acres with a venue for weddings and other events.

Manager
I started out as a server and grew a passion for this business in particular. I became driven as I learned of this establishments history and the owners style of cooking from scratch no matter what it was. Mr. Sneva gets up at the crack of dawn every morning to trim the fat off of meat and starts the smoking process to ensure quality products to our consumers.
