I’ve had a lot of work done on a lot of cars over the years, and I’ve used a lot of mechanics. Gibbs may be the best of all time. My car just needed some inspections in order to honor the warranty, and the mechanics found nothing wrong. Translation: they didn’t try to upsell. I can’t even tell you how little they charged for the 30-​point inspection, and I didn’t even have an appointment until the morning of. It’s the quietest shop I’ve ever used, too, and has a relatively comfortable waiting area. The owner is kind and the mechanics with whom I spoke treated me like I was knowledgable about cars — which I am. Overall, it was a painless procedure, and I highly, HIGHLY recommend this repair shop. Highly.

I was surprised this auto shop had no reviews. I recently took my Jeep Liberty into this shop after they were recommended by my father-​in-​law who was a former mechanic in town. I gave them a call and was immediately impressed with Dawn, who I spoke with on the phone, and how sharp she seemed in asking me questions. I don’t know how often this happens to others but I didn’t have to repeat myself, or try to explain the problem in different ways. I had a problem with a spark plug that was causing my power distribution to fail and my transmission to jump out of gear. I felt she listened to my side attentively and was astute in scheduling a time for me to bring it in and pick it up after — not simply giving a date and then shrugging as to when they could look at it. Simple things like communication and scheduling go a long way for me when trying to find a good auto shop to bring cars to. Since I’ve only come here once I’m reticent to offer a resounding recommendation to anyone looking for a new shop but wanted to at least describe this experience and put them on the review map for other Unilocalers looking for a new auto repair shop. They also were 30% cheaper than what the dealership quoted me for the same repair and now my Jeep runs better than ever.
