I came here with my cousin. We were just walking by and the sales person had no problem letting her try on some dresses. They had exactly what she wanted. It was nice for the rest of us, while she tried on stuff, we got water and were allowed to look around. We had gone to David’s Bridal earlier and she was in tears. While the dresses are probably twice as expensive but 100 times better quality and exactly what she was looking for.

My experience was outstanding!!! I’m an out-​of-​town bride, and I was expecting the shop to «go through the motions» and maybe rush us a bit since I wasn’t local to the Tucson area. I wasn’t even sure that I wanted to purchase a dress so far from where I live unless I found something truly special. As it happened, Laura was an incredible consultant, and I purchased a dress that I couldn’t be happier with!
Laura deserves full credit for how wonderfully the appointment turned out — she was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and consistently went above and beyond to help me picture dresses with modifications or to figure out what I liked and disliked. I had visited a shop in DC to try on dresses, and the experiences were night and day. We never felt rushed, and Laura was patient with both my mom’s questions about the construction of the dress and my sister’s first-​time bridesmaid questions about bustles.
The shop itself has a great set-​up for trying on dresses — a private room in the back for your group to sit in, with a curtained-​off area for the consultant to help you get in and out of the dresses. It made trying on dresses go very smoothly, and Laura was great at clipping to help us see how the dresses would look when properly fitted to my body. I felt completely comfortable and at ease trying things on here, even though I’m not quite a «bridal sample size» and was nervous about how well things would fit.
Laura really tailored her dress recommendations to me specifically — she asked great questions, addressed things I hadn’t thought of, pulled some wonderful dresses, and made the entire experience feel really personal and fun. Best of all, she walked me through what my options were for alterations, which made me feel a lot more comfortable buying a dress out of town. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience, and I found a dress that I love and that feels like it’s mine alone.

They were so sweet to me when I came in. The lady working seemed like she was genuinely just as excited as I was about my engagement. She was able to let me try on dresses and it didn’t matter that my little one was running around. But they never called to confirm my appointment and I completely forgot about it.
I’ll be back though.

Laura is the best! Had an appointment with the bride and 6 bridesmaids. Laura consulted with us. Talked to the bride. Got to know mom and each of us bridesmaids, she remembered our names. She was the perfect medium when communicating between the bride and her bridesmaids and mom. If you make an appointment request Laura! This was the perfect shopping experience for a bridal party.

I had a dress appointment with Laura. I brought my mom and a close friend with me. The experience was what every girl dreams of! The staff there is second to none, especially Laura. She made me feel amazing in each dress but was honest as to which ones made me «glow». I thought I would want to visit other boutique before I walked into GiGi’s, but no need EVERYTHING I needed was there. I am so excited to be purchasing my dream wedding dress at this location. I recommend GiGi’s to all brides! I have not one negative thing to say about my experience with Laura!

I read so many good reviews on this store so naturally I really want wanted to visit this shop. My sister flew in from out of town as a surprise and I wanted to do wedding shopping and didn’t have any time to plan for it. We first went to J Bridal as walk-​ins and had phenomenal service. They never once made me feel like I was imposing on them by just walking in. When we walked into Gigi it was a whole different world. The girls came out of the back and seemed nice for at first didn’t ask me much they just said I’ll let you look around and went back into the back. Another girl came out later and asked me when my wedding was and seemed disappointed when I said October of 2015 acting like I wouldn’t purchase because i am 14 months out. Quite the opposite I am trying to get as much done as possible before school starts again because I also work full time so my next break will be during the holidays and I would rather spend my time with my family. After that she asked if I hade looked at gowns already and I have and she asked to see a picture so I showed it to her. Once she saw I had tattoos she treated me like I was poor. My mother found a dress she wanted me try on from the mannequin and the girl acted very annoyed and immediately said «well what’s your budget?» and «typically we set up an appointment…» I work in the bridal industry and I know how it works but they were not busy there was not one client in the store. The two girls were just standing around. My bridal gown is one of the most important things to me, I would not walk into a place I could not afford and it begin hidden in la encantada i wouldn’t expect their selection to be for a budget bride. Unfortunately I didn’t like the way we were treated they made it very clear they did not want to assist me to find «my dress». They could learn a thing or two by not judging people because they have tattoos they might make some commission. Thanks for nothing ladies !

The customer service Gigi provides is second to none! I went to many stores all around Tucsothe customer service experience I had at GiGi’s store was unlike any other. Plus, all her dresses are stunning.
She is fabulous to work with! She is easy to reach, so personal, so professional, I could go on and on. As a person who doesn’t like to shop much in general, when I find a store and someone who knows what they are doing, I know I’ve struck gold. I love the classic, elegant style of many of her gowns. She helped ensure the gown fit every inch of my body perfectly, didn’t hesitate to do the fittings we needed, and just ensured that every time I was in the store with my mom we had so much fun.
I even had a little belt that I wanted to personalize my dress with and it worked perfectly. She also gave me the idea to add a halter strap because I didn’t feel comfortable with a strapless gown but I loved this one particular dress.
Best solution to finding your wedding dress — just go see Gigi.

I bought my wedding dress in February from Gigi’s Bridal Boutique and I could not be happier! Laura was absolutely terrific to work with and very sweet. I appreciated that she took the time to get to know me before we began looking at dresses and continues to be available for any inquires. The dresses are gorgeous and clearly made with high quality fabric. Also the boutique has private dressing rooms for trying on the dresses, which was nice because it made the experience feel more personal and special. I would definitely recommend any future bride to check out Gigi’s before going anywhere else in Tucson!

The customer service I received from Laura, a Senior Bridal Stylist at Gigi’s was just amazing. This boutique beautiful and has gorgeous wedding gowns! Laura sincerely took the time to understand my vision and select dresses to try on that followed what we had discussed. La Encantada is very lucky to have gained such this store in it’s recent move!

I was so impressed with the service. Laura was wonderful, she gave the perfect amount of attention and detail to my appointment. I was so happy to find my dress here. The shop itself is so nice and the dresses are so beautiful. It’s definitely the first and only place to go in Tucson.

AMAZING. That’s really all I can say. I just left the store a few hours ago… I thought I found the one. but wanted to check out a few more dresses to be sure. I was upfront with them and told them that, but they were determined to find me something better… Gigi was there, but Laura was the main person helping us. I felt like had known her forever. She was helpful, and the FIRST dress I tried on, i KNEW it was THE ONE… She was amazing. she walked me through everything and made me feel ultra special. This place is much better than the other chain places. I actually feel like they cared about me. and It wasn’t a cattle herd… It was just us. Its worth paying extra. GO there. you wont be disappointed.
