Went in on a Sunday to get some new tires, and got in with no wait. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, got me great tires at an agreeable price with a full replacement warranty (which is something that can’t be said of the big name tire shop I used to frequent for my cars). While doing my tires, they discovered I needed brakes and actually took me out to my car to see for myself that the pads were indeed low. They got my tires and brakes done in a little over 2 hours, which is phenomenally fast. They even put my car on the alignment rack for free, just to make sure there aren’t any issues that could cause the new tires to wear.
I really liked that I left feeling like I got good advice and the work was done well. So far, I’m loving the new tires, and the brakes were done right. I’ll definitely be back for my free rotation and balancing every 5k!

He was very attentive and methodical about his job of installing 4 new tires on our F350 truck which had our Lance Truck Camper on the bed. Great experience at this location and I would definitely return for future tires.

We drive across town to do business with Suzanne’s team. One of the worst things about car repairs is wondering if you are receiving valid information. We trust Suzanne’s team! Yesterday we did not feel comfortable with the information the dealer was giving us about our 9 month old tires. We pulled the car, voided our warranty for tires life with Toyota and went to this shop to find out the work the dealer did was not correct. Instinct prevails. It cost us 2 tires (ouch) but now we have properly balanced tires and safe tires with road hazard.

Bought tires here a while back. Car developed a bad vibration and I took it back to Goodyear. They said the tires were bad because there was an issue with the car. Took the car to Volvo and Volvo said nothing was wrong with the car (no need for alignment or struts) and said it was the tires that were bad. Took the car back to Goodyear and they said I should just buy new tires. They refused to look at the car to determine if Volvo was wrong or determine what the issue was (if any). The manager left it at: «It is not our problem.» So the Goodyear tires they sold me are not Goodyear’s problem.
Stay away … I dealt with them a few earlier times (after getting the tires) and the customer service leave much to be desired.

We have had many new and older cars serviced at this facility… and first, the customer service is the best I have ever experienced in auto service world. After working with probably the largest auto dealer in town, and coming away most of the time feeling like I have been taken advantage of, I found the management here to be clear, understanding, and realistic. The charges are fair and reasonable. If you need your car fixed and want it done right, not just patched up til the next thing goes wrong, this is the place to go. I am grateful they have one the most skilled mechanics I have ever met there. He does not give up on a problem. Thanks guys!

UPDATE: I previously was told that I needed my steering rack replaced, when actually that was false.
They said it’d be $ 722. In fact, nothing was wrong with the rack, but the steering pump might have been leaking a little, which they mis-​interpreted to be a faulty rack. I had that work done at Micro Import Service, they’ve been a great shop.
But the Goodyear manager contacted me and assured me that if they went through with the work and found out it wasn’t actually the rack, I wouldn’t have been charged for it.
Now, a reasonable person would still be skeptical, since Goodyear could definitely just replace it, and I (the owner) would never even know that the problem wasn’t fixed (since it wasn’t a problem I could identify myself).
So, ultimately, you should always get second opinions from mechanics since there’s no way to tell if they’re telling the truth or not.
It certainly could have been a mis-​diagnostic (which happens to everyone once in awhile), but if this sort of thing happens often, then they clearly need better mechanics.
The manager and people who work up at the front are awesome though. Nice, great people.

We took our car in for tires, they messed up the tire pressure system. We took it in to get it fixed. Not only did they refuse to even look at it, they were extremely rude. DO NOT go here!
