Founded in 1994 to specialize in only personal injury cases, Grabb and Durando changed the landscape of legal representation for Tucson accident victims. Grabb & Durando brought competition for legal services to Tucson by reducing fees for automobile accident victims. This was unheard of in the legal community, which at the time provided these services for at least 33−1/3%. Although Grabb & Durando pioneered the way for other attorneys to reduce their fees, the reality is that most are still charging one-​third or more of the recovery.

Business Owner

Robert was born in Havana, Cuba in 1956. In 1957, Samuel Grabb, Robert’s father, moved the family to Miami, Florida so that he could pursue a medical education. In 1962, the family moved to Tucson, Arizona. Robert attended high school, college, and law school in Tucson, and obtained his Juris Doctorate (law degree) in 1983. After having worked for several other law firms, Robert decided to open up his own firm. In 1994, Robert Grabb and Nann Durando founded Grabb & Durando. It was their mission to provide quality representation to Tucson accident victims at a discounted rate. Robert believes that «Everyone has an obligation to give back to their community.» By offering lower fees, it allows the victim to keep more of the recovery. Robert is a member of the Arizona Bar Association, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, is licensed to practice in the Arizona District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Robert has a passion for justice and a passion to help accident victims.
