last week I called and made an appointment to have one of their handymen come to fix some repairs. I told them that their handyman could arrive around 3:30pm. However, on the day he was scheduled to arrive the repair guy never showed up! At 4:15pm we still had no handyman so I called and told the staff he never arrived. They said he was sent out to the job and they didn’t know where he was. I told them to tell him he was canceled since we had other things to do that day. I think this is unacceptable and unprofessional to leave your client hanging in the breeze.

These idiots know how to break things better than fixing. They use improper tools (using a wrench as a hammer, using pliers to remove a screw that was not stripped) in attempting to make a repair. They turned an uncomplicated repair into a disaster that cost me more money and time that I did not have. There are much better contractors in Tucson than these posers.

I have used these guys A LOT since I have lived in Tucson. They
actually helped me do several tasks on my kitchen remodel and
misc, around the house. I always recommend them.
You will pay a bit more but they were always on time. professional and courteous. I found this a plus after dealing
with several locals who pretty much show up when they want and
if they want.
