we originally opened in 1975 on south park avenue and in 2000 moved to larger location.

We have worked on the older cars and repair many a vehicle. we currently work on and diagnose late model transmissions with complex computer systems.

In 1966 i went to work for Larry Smith at All Automatic Transmissions after years of learning i open my shop in 1975 and in 1977 i hired Rick and together we built Herman’s automatic. i have always loved this type of work over the last 20 years the cars and transmissions have become a lot more advanced and more interesting to work on.
