Excellent pedicure! But just ok acrylic nails. The nails are thin but the edges are rough and one is completely misshaped. Also he didn’t do anything at all with my cuticles, no lotion or oil so they look really rough and dry. I’m used to at least a little cuticle treatment at minimum, and usually lotion and a hand massage.

1-​9-​2016 I Went to this salon today To had A basic pedicure no SPECIAL treatment stones etc Henry did NOT discuss the price with me and charged me 45.00!!! I have been there before and have had the same pedicure for 25.00. SO I Know I got ripped off then full set acrylic is 25.00 they charged me 40.00!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Charging me double for services!! ROTTEN RIP OFF BUSINESS!!!

The place is clean and they do a good job, but the managers are pushy and really take you for a ride with their prices. When I brought up the coupon they are offering on here, I was told I couldn’t use it. I left feeling like I had been walked all over, and won’t be coming back.

Terrific place with great service. Got in quickly and everything was done professionally. You won’t be disappointed.

So as far as the nail tech doing an amazing job, I give a 5 start. As far as management, I’lll give no stars. Everything went well until I mention to my friend if she used Unilocal as we were walking out… Out of no where, the owner/​supervisor whatever he was followed us outside. Hounding me to do a Unilocal review right in front of him. And if I did that, he would give me «a big discount» for next time. He was too pushy, annoying and don’t bribe me with a discount. Come on.

Came for a Pedi with my sister in law and was pleasantly surprised. The place is busy, and for good reason. Once we got into the Spa Chairs and our feet touched the wonderfully warm water it was awesome. Ice cold water bottles were handed to us and then the treatment began. I’ve had many Pedis and live them. But this was one of the best, if not the best. The minty and relaxing stuff, the girl who did my feet, put on my legs relaxed me and helped me feel Pampered. Then the got towels put on top of that made my legs feel great. The girl who did my feet got all the stuff off of feet with out making me cringe. It was truly an awesome experience and I will be back when we get back to visit. We were sent out the door with small bottles of cold water. In the Tucson heat of summer, it was very refreshing.

Very nice clean appearance on the outside and good facilities inside. Staff is polite and accommodating to customer needs. They also do very nice nail art and work. Wide range of services. Definitely consider trying this place out if you haven’t yet :)

I have become quite the connoisseur when it comes to nails and Hollywood nails is 5 stars all the way.
Service was great
Salon was VERY clean
And my nails looked great. I can’t wait to come back and have a custom design done.

Very average nail salon… nothing special and the typical Vietnamese staff. Communication is difficult because of the language barrier, the «gatekeeper» is overbearing, etc, etc! There was a lady… Karen who was good, but she is no longer here. If anyone knows where she is, let me know.

I love this spa! I’m so happy I found it when I was visiting Tucson. I really needed a clean and professional look when I came to town for a meeting. I was tired when I came to town and the nice people at Hollywood Nail & Spa made me feel so welcome and relaxed!

I just wanted to let people know Rebecca B is such an amazing asset to this company!!! She is just such a ray of sunshine at this establishment!!! Her great energy and positive attitude and outlook on everything is just so contagious. So happy to be associated with Rebecca, as you will also be :-)

Staff is friendly. I always get a gel manicure and it’s the only place I’ve found where the polish last at least 2 weeks if not longer.

I decided to try out this nail salon because from the outside it looked nice and clean. as soon as I got out of my car a gentleman outside began asking me what I wanted to have done and I told him I wanted silk wrap treatment. He said no one gets it done anymore because now there is shellac gel and its «much better». I kept telling him I was not interested, that I needed the silk wrap for a split nail I have that splits all the way to my cuticle. Once again, he urged me to get shellac. I finally caved in and said okay. My nail technician didn’t acknowledge me much, especially when I told her about my concerns with my split nail. She just nodded her head and told me to pick a color.
This shellac gel treatment is supposed to last three to four weeks without chipping or peeling. I’ve had it for a little over a week and all fingers have chipped nail polish, my finger with the split nail has become worse due to the polish peeling off after the third day and the response from my nail technician when I called to schedule an appointment to come in and get it fixed was, «you must have had oil on your nails that’s why it chipped». Uh? Okay… Safe to say I’m never going back unless I want to be pushed into spending $ 45 ($ 10 tip) on something that does NOT last, especially with a split nail!

Don’t come here. PERIOD.
The people here are rude, unprofessional, and improper. I got a natural fill on my already existing set, and the person started getting agitated with me. Pulling my arms and then blaming me for mistakes THEY MADE. The man cut up my cuticles, and the nail polish job is so BAD!!. Pawned me off later to another person. He was also on the phone the whole time, that has bad customer service all over it. Didn’t clean the back of my nails. I left with less money for a painful and awful service.

This nail salon is AWFUL! They ruined my nail bed, cut me repeatedly! And I am not picky. The manager was the one doing my nails and was completely rushed and rude. He cut my cuticles about 5 times. He even kept telling people they were closed 2 hours before their closing time. Place feels like a prison because they have cameras on every single employee and monitor them. The manager seemed a lot more worried about watching the employees than my nails. And there was acrylic literally sticking to my skin. From his awful job I made him drill it down. Many of my nails were uneven and when I tried to take them of they ripped my nails back from being so thin. DO NOOOTTT COME HERE!!! It’s a waste of money where you can get treated much better and not be rushed

This was not a good experience. Things did not seem fresh or clean. No one wore gloves, no evidence of sterilizing equipment. Nail polishes looked old. Short version: an hour after the manicure 4 of my nails had bubbled so badly I removed the polish. No nicely done nails for me. The pedi was ok but she smudged one of the nails putting the spa sandals on me and didn’t mention it. Look elsewhere is my advice

Ive been here a few times to get a pedicure. Its near where I do allot of shopping and I was curious to see how good they were. Both times I went in I had a lady do my pedicure and both times the ladies were very nice. Both spoke english very well and I was pleased with the service I received. :)

Went back in again and everything was pleasant and worthwhile. The pedicure was fast and worth the money. Tommy did amazing on my nails even shortening them so I can type again. left paying $ 61 dollars total including the tip. Although they are always busy they made a great effort to keep me happy even attempting a hello-​kitty design on my nail.

So I went back and they were packed. Tony (the owner) argued with me a bit and wanted to charge me full price again for the set because I removed all my nails. However, he did do what was best for him as the business owner and me as the customer and I got a full set for $ 30.00 with designs on all nails. He continued to ask me if I was happy and I am. I appreciate him for making it up to me — even if I had to pay to get a new set. I will be going there again despite the rough start as a new customer of theirs.
I am so very upset. I spent about $ 50.00 ($ 46.50 with $ 10.00 tip) on a new set of nails. Im not girly enough to really care about keeping up this ritual, however a friend recommended this place so I went.
The nail tech was wonderful and fast — I left happy with hot pink nails and a cute design. FAST FORWARD to Friday.
After getting ready, my husband directed me to something on my face, when i went to clean it a nail had popped off! A WEEK! only a WEEK with this full set. In my fury i removed the remaining nails because I cannot have one hand with 4 nails, can you say Ghetto!
When i did call them and let them know — whoever answered said WHY YOU NOT TELL US TIL NOW?! like i did something wrong. Which i kindly explained that it happened friday and well, i just didnt have time to let them know that thier work sucked!
So mad. Going in again today — this better be a free set!

I stopped in here with a friend after a movie to get my nails done. Neither of us had been here before and because it’s so close to where I live, I was curious to try it out. I was getting a basic full set, my friend was getting French tips. We both had different men doing our nails, both sporting name tags that said «manager» under their names.
Now I admit, I am a nail-​biter. I have been since I can remember and because of that my natural nails are tiny and disgusting — it’s embarrassing. What’s more embarrassing is having someone point that out to me as if I don’t know. That set the mood for my experience but isn’t the reason I’m giving only two stars. The guy had this weird-​looking thumbnail that he used on my cuticles and it hurt (it was also pretty gross). He was very rough and impossible to make conversation with. His English was great, he was just uninterested in talking beyond telling me now and again how bad my nails were. Still, they looked nice when he was done and lasted about two weeks so I can’t complain about the quality of my nails, just the service.
My friend, like I said, had a different guy. She complained when we left because hers was on the phone and texting constantly while doing her nails. He was also very rough with her and had the weird thumbnail thing going too. Her nails were done nicely as well, just a service issue.
The prices were standard. I paid $ 26, she paid $ 30 – 35, I forget. I’ll definitely try another place next time but if you don’t mind roughness and awkward silence, they DO do a really nice job on the nails. Also, the people in there getting pedicures seemed completely content and were being serviced by other people, so if you’re going in for that, there probably won’t be any issues.
